MONROE - Josie A. Elgin, 24, Freeport, Ill., was arrested for drunken driving and driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration following a traffic stop at about 2:15 a.m. Saturday at 20th Avenue and 17th Street. Charles M. Egbert, 25, Rockford, Ill., and Brittany L. Wirsing, 20, Freeport, Ill., were cited for underage drinking. They were released pending court.

• Tony A. Panure, 28, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct and battery following a disturbance at about 2:30 a.m. Friday in the 1700 block of 14th Street. He was jailed. Shannon N. Richard, 20, Monroe, was cited for underage drinking. Richard was released pending court.

• Bradley A. Miller, 19, Monroe, was arrested for bail jumping and underage drinking at about 5:30 a.m. Friday in the 500 block of West 21st Street. He was jailed.

• Travis P. Bowles, 20, Monroe, was arrested for a Lafayette County Sheriff's Department warrant at about 3:30 p.m. Friday in the 1900 block of 8th Street. He was jailed.

• John J. Lowery, 26, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct, bail jumping and battery following a fight at about 5 a.m. Sunday in the 1100 block of 16th Avenue. He was jailed.

• A 14-year-old was arrested for disorderly conduct while armed following a disturbance at about 5:45 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of North 20th Avenue. The juvenile was released to a relative and the case was forwarded to Green County Juvenile Intake.

• Andrea K. Anderson, 27, Monticello, was cited for disorderly conduct and battery following a disturbance at about 3 a.m. in the 1000 block of 8th Street. She was released pending court.

• Curt L. Blankenhagen, 46, and Wendy K. Ellingson, 47, both from Monroe, were cited for failure to prevent underage drinking at about 10:30 p.m. Saturday in the 1300 block of 16 1/2 Street.

• A 15-year-old juvenile was cited for underage drinking at about 4:30 a.m. Sunday in the 400 block of 22nd Avenue. The juvenile was released to a parent.
