Belleville Police

BELLEVILLE - Julio C. Perez-Zeledon, 22, of rural Belleville, was cited for driving without a valid license at 10:05 a.m. Tuesday, May 1, after police stopped him for a traffic violation.

- Stephanie J. Hewing, 28, Belleville, was cited for driving with a suspended license and suspended vehicle registration at 9:09 p.m. Saturday, May 19.

- Charges are pending against a 16-year-old juvenile who allegedly took and drove a vehicle without permission on two occasions. Police took the first report at 3:05 p.m. Wednesday, May 16. The vehicle was later found parked a block away. At 7:22 p.m. Friday, May 18, police took a second report of a stolen vehicle, along with information that property had been damaged at a residence prior to the juvenile leaving. That vehicle was later recovered in Milwaukee.

- A 16-year-old juvenile was cited for theft at 3:28 p.m. Saturday, May 19, after officers responded to a report that the juvenile took cigarettes from a vehicle without permission.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Brandon D. Dallman, 19, Watertown, was arrested on charges of driving while under the influence of a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia at 1:57 a.m. Monday, May 21, in the 100 block of 8th Street. He was released pending court.

- A person in the 1100 block of 11th Street complained at 8:14 a.m. Monday, May 21, that a neighbor had set out trash too early and animals got into it.

- Police were dispatched at 9:28 a.m. Monday, May 21, for a report of a disorderly 9-year-old boy who walked out of Parkside Elementary, 920 4th St. The case was referred to Green County Human Services.

- Charges of forging a check to an area business are pending against a resident after police investigated a theft report at 1:48 p.m. Monday, May 21, in the 100 block of Swiss Court.

- Tires and wheels worth about $1,300 were reported stolen off a patio in the 700 block of 22nd Street at 5:02 p.m. Monday, May 21.

- A 14-year-old boy was warned at 7:43 p.m. Monday, May 21, in Lincoln Park, 1900 15th Ave., for sending harassing texts to a 14-year-old girl.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Sara M. Lawrence, 20, of rural Monroe, was taken into custody in the N100 block of Wisconsin 69 at 10:58 a.m. Monday, May 21, on three body-only warrants issued by Green County for theft, retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was jailed.

- Kenneth M. Moore, 38, Monroe, was taken into custody on a probation hold at the Green County Justice Center at 3:51 p.m. Monday, May 21, and transported to the jail.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Edwin E. Barthel, 26, Dwight, Ill., was cited for speeding at 6:04 p.m. Monday, May 21, on Wisconsin 11 in the Town of Wayne.

- Hayley R. Gigous, 19, Cuba City, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign at 8:07 p.m. Saturday, May 19, on West Mound Road in the Town of Belmont.

- Renata A. Hackl, 46, Janesville, was cited for speeding at 11:48 a.m. Sunday, May 20, on Wisconsin 81 in the Town of Elk Grove.
