Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Brian T. Craig, 32, Gary, Ind., was arrested after the Darlington K-9 unit located marijuana and drug paraphernalia in a vehicle on Wisconsin 11 at 1:05 a.m. Monday, May 13. Police were assisting Lafayette County deputies with a report of a suspicious individual and vehicle.

• Angelic M. Foht, 28, Darlington, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 5:01 a.m. Friday, May 17, following contact with police in the Mini Mart parking lot.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Derrick P. Nipple, 24, Belleville, was arrested on a probation hold at 4:18 p.m. Monday, May 20, at the Probation and Parole Office, 2641 6th St. He was taken into custody without incident and jailed.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON-Criminal damage to property (vandalism) was reported on Olson Lane in Willow Springs Township at 7:35 a.m. Friday, May 17.

• A deputy responded to a barking dog complaint on Wis. 81 in Darlington Township at 10 p.m. Saturday, May 18.

• A complaint of telephone misuse was reported on Colfax Street in Argyle at 6:05 p.m. Sunday, May 19.



On Monday, May 20:

• Phillip W.F. Kirschbaum, 25, Darlington, was transported at 7:35 a.m. from the Iowa County Jail to Lafayette County for a court appearance. He was later returned to Iowa County.

• A deputy responded at 9:45 a.m. to Hickory Drive in Belmont Township for a complaint of children riding a wagon on the road.

• Animals running at large and causing damage to newly planted fields on Pinch Lane in Benton Township was reported at 10:10 a.m.

• A deputy responded to Wis. 78 in Gratiot Township for a report of children riding a toy wagon in the road.

• A disorderly person at a residence on Frontier Street in Benton was reported at 840 p.m.

• Juveniles lighting off fireworks in the area of Railroad Avenue in Benton was reported at 8:43 p.m.

• A gas drive-off on Miner Way in Shullsburg was reported at 9:08 p.m. The incident is being forwarded to Shullsburg police for further investigation.

• A deputy responded at 11:02 p.m. to a residence on Wis. 81 in Darlington Township to assist with keeping the peace while one of the occupants moved out.
