MONROE - Kenneth C. Greve, 29, Darlington, was arrested at 8:11 p.m. Sunday for domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct, battery and a probation violation in the 1100 block of 16th Avenue. Greve was jailed pending court. Online court records indicate Greve was on probation from a conviction on Feb. 5 for intentionally pointing a firearm at a person.

MONROE - Joshua A. Pink, 33, New Glarus, was arrested at 8:19 p.m. Friday at a residence in the village for domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct, two counts of battery and strangulation. Pink was jailed pending court.
Christopher Howard Stevens, 33, Monticello, was arrested at 6:25 a.m. Sunday after deputies received a request from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections for Steven's apprehension at a residence in the 200 block of North Main Street, Village of Monticello. Stevens was taken into custody without incident and jailed pending court.

DARLINGTON - On Friday:
A deputy responded to a criminal damage to property complaint at 4:32 p.m. on Dobbs Road, Lamont Township. A fence at the location had been damaged by a neighbor.
A deputy was dispatched at 5:50 p.m. for a complaint of farm machinery that had failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of St. Peters Road and Pleasant View Road, Seymour Township.
A deputy investigated a complaint at 9 p.m. of two persons dressed in dark clothing walking on the shoulder of Wisconsin 11, New Diggings Township. The subjects were not located.
A deputy took a report of disorderly conduct at 9:49 p.m. at a location on County F, Fayette Township.

A deputy responded at 10:38 a.m. to a traffic complaint of four cars driving erratically on Wis. 81, Kendall Township.
A deputy is investigating a theft complaint that occurred at 11:58 a.m. on West Esty Street, Shullsburg.
Deputies and Darlington police responded to a complaint of criminal damage to property by ATVs on Red Rock Road, Darlington Township. Investigation resulted in citations at 3:44 p.m. for ATV use outside of the designated trail area for five individuals: Sung B. Lee, 40, Lakewood, Calif.; Thomas J. Kim, 32, Mount Prospect; Sang O. Lee, 31, Wood Dale, Ill.; Won C. Lho, 32, Chicago; and Jibsoc Jung, 29, Prospect Heights.
Deputies responded to a report of battery that occurred at 7:46 p.m. on the Cheese County Trail, Town of Calamine. The incident remains under investigation. Mineral Point police, Darlington police, Belmont police, Iowa County Sheriff's Department and Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources assisted at the scene.

A deputy assisted Darlington police with an altercation on Main Street, Darlington at 2:49 a.m.
Deputies, Darlington police and Rural Medical Ambulance responded to a battery incident at 3:22 a.m. on Ravine Street, Darlington.
A deputy was dispatched at 6:16 a.m. to a report of an injured animal on County G, Argyle Township.
A deputy responded to a report of a domestic dispute at 10:21 a.m. on West High Street, Shullsburg. The incident remains under investigation.
A deputy took a report of a dog bite at 4:05 p.m. that occurred on Bethel Grove Road, Belmont Township.

DARLINGTON - Jacob C. Adolphson, 34, Rockford, was cited at 10:40 a.m. Saturday for display of power following a traffic stop in the 400 block of Main Street.
Officers and Rural Medical Ambulance responded to a report of a disturbance with injuries at a Ravine Street residence. Investigation revealed that two men were fighting. Dexter Ray, 18, Darlington, was arrested at 3:20 a.m. Sunday. The victim in this case was treated and released by EMS personnel.
Brodhead Police
BRODHEAD - Darrin W Demrow, 35, Brodhead, was arrested at 1:12 a.m. Sunday, May 11, in the 1000 block of 1st Center Avenue on two felony warrants issued by Brodhead Municipal Court and Green County Circuit Court. He was jailed pending court. Online court records indicate Demrow had a warrant out for not appearing for three court dates in early April.
Elizabeth A. Kuhse, 45, Brodhead, was arrested at 1:59 a.m. Tuesday for driving while intoxicated in the 900 block of 1st Center Avenue. She was released pending court.
New Glarus Police
NEW GLARUS - Police took a report of cats running at large at 11:55 a.m. Monday, May 12, in the 800 block of 1st Street.
Gregory G. Grunewald, 32, New Glarus, was arrested at 6:08 p.m. Tuesday after police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 500 block of 10th Avenue. Grunewald was jailed pending court.
Police received a complaint about illegal burning at 9:11 a.m. Wednesday. The matter was investigated and the person was found to have a burning permit. No further action was taken.
On Thursday:
Police received a call at 9:18 a.m. from a concerned citizen in regards to a suspicious phone call from a caller stating they worked for Microsoft and needed remote access to the citizen's computer due to problems with the computer. The complainant attempted to gather information from the caller, but the call was disconnected.
Police took a report of child abuse at 5:12 p.m. that occurred at a location in the village. The incident remains under investigation.
Police responded to a report of suspicious men making contact with students and handing out books at the intersection of 14th Avenue and 2nd Street at 3:21 p.m. Friday. Contact was made and both subjects were found to be handing out copies of "New Testament." There was no violation and police remained in the area to monitor.

Police took a report of theft at 1:22 p.m. in the 300 block of 5th Street. The incident remains under investigation.
Lionel J. Dumond, 48, New Glarus, was cited at 7:11 p.m. for drinking beer in public in the 10 block of 5th Avenue.
Police assisted a citizen at 9:26 a.m. Sunday with a water leak in their residence located in the 900 block of 7th Street.
