DARLINGTON - Chad D. Knauer, 30, Darlington, was arrested for a warrant through probation and parole at about 6:30 a.m. Thursday in the 900 block of Washington Street, Darlington.

MONROE - On Thursday:
• John R. Froeber, 27, Beloit, was arrested on a warrant issued by probation and parole and also cited for operating while suspended after deputies stopped him at 12:56 a.m. on Wisconsin 11 and 6th Avenue West in Monroe. A passenger, Cassidy M. Womack, 20, Beloit, was cited for first offense of underage consumption of alcohol. Froeber was jailed and Womack was released pending court. The Monroe Police Department assisted with the case.
• Ashly J. Busser, 26, Monroe, was arrested for driving a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance at 8:56 p.m. following a traffic violation in the 600 block of 4th Avenue in Monroe. She was released.

• A deputy responded to a disorderly conduct complaint at 3:36 p.m. on W. Center Street in South Wayne.
• A deputy responded to a harassment complaint at 6:20 p.m. County XX in Township of Belmont.
• A deputy responded to a restraining order violation at 7 p.m. to Miner Way in Shullsburg.
• A deputy responded to a traffic complaint at 9:52 p.m. Wis. 11 in Shullsburg Township.
