MONROE - Deputies arrested Derek E. Gobeli, 21, Janesville, around 3:27 p.m. Wednesday at the Green County Courthouse on a child support warrant. Gobeli was jailed.

DARLINGTON - Hans Pete McGarth, 61, Shullsburg, was cited for operating while suspended around 5:15 a.m. Wednesday in Shullsburg.
• A deputy responded to a case of animal neglect around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday on Mitchell Hollow Road in Belmont township.
• Kevin A. McKenzie, 45, Cross Plains, was transported to the Lafayette County Jail around 10:45 a.m. Wednesday. He is being held on a valid warrant.
• Elwin Eugene Soto-Seville, 23, Darlington, was cited for operating without a valid license around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday on Wisconsin 81 in Darlington township.
• Kimberly K. Brown, 27, Beetown, was issued a citation for passing in a no passing zone around 5:45 p.m. on Wis. 81 in Darlington township.
• Ondrej Mertlik, 22, Sun Prairie, was cited for failure to obey a sign around 10:45 p.m. Wednesday on West Mound Road in Belmont township.
• Gregory S. Babcock, 51, Rewey, was cited for failure to obey a sign around 11:15 p.m. on West Mound Road in Belmont township.
• Eric R. Norman and Tyler M. Bauch, Freeport, Ill.; Timothy J. Doherty, Poynette; Conor A. Corbett, Madison; and Lauren S. St. John, Trevor, all age 19, were issued citations for underage alcohol consumption around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, on County B in Belmont township.
