• Damage to property was reported at 5:52 p.m. in the 1600 block of 1st Center Avenue. The case remains under investigation.
• A 25-year-old Brodhead woman was arrested at 6:41 p.m. for physically abusing a child in the 100 block of 7th Street.
On Wednesday, a 36-year-old Davis, Ill., woman was cited in the 1000 block of 1st Center Avenue for a tavern violating closing hours after an incident on April 30.

• A gas drive-off was reported at 11:48 a.m. in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue. Police are seeking a suspect to question.

MONROE - On Saturday, Timothy W. Shetler, 58, Monroe, was arrested at 1:18 a.m. for battery and disorderly conduct after a domestic dispute was reported in the 500 block of 21st Street. Shetler was jailed.

• Michael S. VanHauen, 31, Rockford, was arrested at 2:40 a.m. for driving while intoxicated (second offense) and with a prohibited alcohol concentration in the 400 block of 6th Street. VanHauen was released pending court.
• Kiwana D. Hodges, 43, Monroe, was arrested at 8:42 p.m. for battery and disorderly conduct after a disturbance was reported in the 1300 block of 16th Street. Hodges was jailed.

NEW GLARUS - On May 2:
