• Benjamin T. Wasilenko, 18, Auburn, N.Y., was cited for speeding on Wis. 81 in Elk Grove Township at 3:26 p.m. Friday, March 22.

• Aaron J. Honadel, 28, Greenfield, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance at 4:10 p.m. Friday, March 22, on U.S. 151 in Belmont Township.

• Melissa R. Aschebrook, 29, Madison, was cited for failure to merge to an emergency vehicle at 4:31 p.m. Friday, March 22, on U.S. 151 in Belmont Township.

• Duane J. Glasson, 47, Platteville, was cited for failure to merge to an emergency vehicle at 4:43 p.m. Friday, March 22, on U.S. 151 in Belmont Township.

• David J. Elsmo, 27, Madison, was cited for driving with an expired license at 5:02 p.m. Friday, March 22, on U.S. 151 in Belmont Township.

• Kathryn J. Barrera, 30, Cuba City, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle after a deputy responded to Wis. 11 in Gratiot Township to assist a motorist with a disabled vehicle.

• Allison M. Leitzinger, 28, Belmont, was cited for speeding on Wis. 81 in Seymour Township at 1:21 p.m. Saturday, March 23.

• Kurt C. Rolle, 74, Platteville, was cited for speeding on Wis. 81 in Seymour Township at 1:28 p.m. Saturday, March 23.

• Terrance A. Lasa, 58, Darlington, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance and failure to fasten seatbelt at 2:57 p.m. Saturday, March 23.

• Shane W. Holder, 20, Benton, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 10:59 p.m. Saturday, March 23, on County W in Benton Township.

• Hayden D. Schliem, 19, South Wayne, was cited for underage drinking following contact at a location on Wis. 11 in South Wayne at 3:09 a.m. Sunday, March 24.

• Alan D. Wagner, 21, Shullsburg, was cited for speeding on County E in Darlington Township at 7:48 p.m. Monday, March 25.

• Criminal damage to a mailbox was reported on Oak Grove Lane in Darlington Township at 10:15 a.m. Saturday, March 23.

• A domestic disturbance was reported on South McKnight Street in South Wayne at 2:59 a.m. Sunday, March 24. The incident remains under investigation.

• A deputy responded to a civil dispute on Swanson Road in Wayne Township at 10:53 a.m. Monday, March 25.

• A dog running at large was reported on Wood Road in Darlington Township at 12 p.m. Monday, March 25.

• Disorderly conduct was reported on East Street in Argyle at 3:49 p.m. Monday, March 25.

• Myles T.J. Gudgalis, 29, Beetown, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property after deputies responded at 7:26 p.m. Tuesday, March 26, to a report of disorderly conduct on South Mound Avenue in Benton. Gudgalis was taken to the jail and then later released to a responsible person.

• Jose David Segundo Ortiz, 23, Shullsburg, was cited for speeding and for driving with a suspended license at 3:55 a.m. Tuesday, March 26, on County U in Shullsburg Township.

• Jennifer L. McKee, 26, Warren, Ill., was cited for speeding at 3:25 p.m. Tuesday, March 26, on County P in Shullsburg Township.

• William R. Timm, 34, Burlington, was cited for speeding at 4:49 p.m. Tuesday, March 26, on U.S. 151 in Belmont Township.

• Unlawful use of a telephone was reported on County G in Willow Springs Township at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 26.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Brodie G. Flannery, 20, South Wayne, was arrested on three outstanding warrants issued by the Lafayette County Sheriff's Department for nonpayment of fines, after an officer on patrol observed him in the 600 block of West 8th Street and knew he had the warrants. Flannery was unable to post the required cash bond and was jailed. At 11:05 p.m., he was turned over to a Lafayette County deputy and transported to the Lafayette County jail in Darlington.

• A woman in the 1100 block of 14th Avenue reported at 7 p.m. Monday, March 25, that her ex-husband made an unwanted phone call to her about taxes, when he is only supposed to contact her about child visitation.

• On behalf of another tenant, the manager of an apartment complex at 824 6th St. reported tenants for yelling and being noisy at 8:59 p.m. Monday, March 25.

• A dog owner was warned for allowing the animal to run at large after a neighbor in the 2500 block of 8th Street complained at 11:31 p.m. Monday, March 25, that the unleashed dog was going through garbage.

• A racial slur sprayed with green paint on a highway sign at 17th Street and 31st Avenue was reported at 8:48 a.m. Tuesday, March 26. It was cleaned off the sign.

• A resident in the 2700 block of 7th Street reported capturing a stray cat at 9:59 a.m. Tuesday, March 26. The Green County Humane Society was contacted to take the animal.

• Police were called to a civil dispute in the 2800 block of 6th Street at 10:41 a.m. Tuesday, March 26. A man reported the mother of his children was not agreeing to hand over the kids for a court-arranged visitation.

• A neighbor in the 1700 block of 30th Avenue reported hearing an argument between a live-in boyfriend and girlfriend at 10:50 a.m. Tuesday, March 26. The boyfriend had left by the time an officer arrived. No one was arrested or cited.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Tuesday, March 26:

• Eric Matthew Harlson, 22, rural Monroe, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, battery and felony intimidation of a victim after deputies responded at 12:19 p.m. to a disturbance at a residence in the N2500 block of County KK in Monroe Township. He was jailed. Records filed the next day in Green County Circuit Court indicate he yelled and swore at his mother as she was looking for alcohol in his bedroom, "chestbumped" her and put her in a headlock, then tried to keep her from calling 911 and lied to the 911 operator about what was happening. His signature bond is set at $4,500 and his cash bond at $500, with the conditions that he have no contact with his parents or their residence and not drink or go in taverns or liquor stores. His preliminary hearing is April 1. Earlier this week, he was fined $267 after pleading no contest to similar misdemeanor charges from last September in Green County Circuit Court. He was convicted of being disorderly with his parents and repeatedly punching his father during a confrontation at their home Sept. 10. Deputies report he blew a Breathalyzer blood-alcohol concentration of 0.3 percent when arrested that time. According to court documents, he has since completed inpatient counseling and is currently in outpatient counseling.

• Angela M. Reilly, 37, Belleville, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance and with a suspended license (fourth offense) after a deputy stopped her at 3:33 p.m. in the W3100 block of Wisconsin 92 in Exeter Township.

• Jessica L. Musil, 23, Genoa, Ill., was cited for driving without a valid license after deputies stopped her at 7:37 p.m. in the N9000 block of Wis. 69 in New Glarus Township.
