MONROE - Sara M. Lawrence, 21, Monroe, was arrested and jailed after officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute in an apartment complex in the 2200 block of 1st Street at about 12:15 a.m. Friday, March 22. She is charged in Green County Circuit Court with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Court records indicate she yelled and argued with her 22-year-old boyfriend as he was moving out, then picked up his 42-inch Sanyo flatscreen television and threw it on the pavement of the parking lot. Police located her later at a relative's home in the 2300 block of 10th Avenue. On Monday, March 25, her signature bond was set at $1,800 and her cash bond at $200, with the conditions that she have no abusive contact with the boyfriend or reside with him.

• Justin L. Laws, 26, Monroe, was cited for allowing his pitbull to run at large after police responded at 9:10 a.m. Sunday, March 24, to a report that the dog chased a 13-year-old boy and tore his pants in the 1300 block of 16th Avenue. The boy was uninjured. The dog is a repeat offender for aggressive behavior, and its owners have been cited previously for allowing it to run loose, most recently on Feb. 28. Police are considering options for further action on the case, including taking custody of the dog.

MONROE - Dana M. Casselman, 20, Monroe, was arrested on a first-offense charge of driving while intoxicated after deputies responded to a one-vehicle crash on Wis. 59 just west of Ladwig Road in Sylvester Township at 12:24 a.m. Friday, March 22. Casselman was eastbound when she lost control of the truck she was driving and it left the road. She overcorrected, and the truck veered to the opposite side of the road, hit an embankment and overturned on its side. Casselman was injured but declined medical treatment at the scene. She was also cited for driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration and released to a responsible person pending court.

• James S. Stansberry III, 29, Orangeville, was arrested on a second-offense charge of marijuana possession after deputies responded to a traffic complaint of a possibly impaired driver southbound on Wis. 69, headed toward Monroe, at 2:18 a.m. Friday, March 22. Deputies stopped the vehicle in Monroe in the parking lot of Kwik Trip, 1019 9th St. The driver, Stansberry, submitted to a field sobriety test but deputies found insufficient evidence for an intoxicated driving arrest. The Monroe Police K-9 Unit found 11.7 grams of marijuana in a baggie concealed under the driver's seat. Stansberry was jailed. His signature bond was set the same day at $500 in Green County Circuit Court. His next court date is May 7.

• Tanner E.R. Trace, 20, rural Orfordville, was arrested on a first-offense charge of driving while intoxicated after deputies stopped a vehicle in the N2500 block of County T in Decatur Township at 1 a.m. Saturday, March 23. Trace was also cited for driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration, speeding and having open intoxicants in the vehicle. A passenger, Wesley S. Grooms Vinz, 20, Orfordville, was cited for underage drinking. Both were released pending court.

• Phillip A. Kingslien, 20, Mount Horeb, was cited for possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia and transporting intoxicants as an underager after deputies responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the W5400 block of Windmill Ridge Road in New Glarus Township at 11:04 p.m. Saturday, March 23. A female juvenile was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and underage possession of tobacco. Both were released pending court.

• Nathan K. Rufener, 23, Monroe, was arrested on a third-offense charge of driving while intoxicated after deputies stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction in the 2100 block of 13th Street in Monroe at 2:10 a.m. Sunday, March 24. Rufener was also cited for throwing solid waste from a vehicle (littering). He was jailed pending bond or court.
