Albany Police

ALBANY - Matthew W. Schmid, 29, Albany, was arrested for a probation and parole warrant March 16.

• Stanley L. Schmid, 56, Albany, was arrested for disorderly conduct Wednesday.

• Allen M. Carstensen, 18, Albany, was arrested for disorderly conduct and two counts of battery Thursday.

Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - David C. Kraft, 33, Brodhead, was arrested for impersonating a police officer at about 9 p.m. Wednesday in the 1000 block of West Exchange Street. He was jailed.

• Jason L. Schaitel, 32, Brodhead, was arrested for second-offense drunken driving at about 3:45 a.m. March 14 in the 900 block of West 3rd Street. He was released pending court.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Briana M. Hanna, 18, and Kassandra L. Gonzales, 17, both of Monroe, were arrested for underage drinking at about 1:30 a.m. Saturday in the 700 block of 12th Avenue. They were released pending court.

• Bryan S. Wehe, 19, Monroe, was arrested for underage drinking at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of 21st Street. He was released pending court.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Timothy D. Kennedy, 28, Madison, was cited for driving after revocation at about 10:15 p.m. March 16 on Wisconsin 69 near Industrial Drive.

• Esgar Leal, 30, Madison, was cited for driving without a license at about 9:45 p.m. Wednesday on Wis. 69 near 6th Avenue.

• Luis Rafael Gonzalez-Garcia, no further information given, was cited for driving without a license at about 9:30 p.m. Sunday on Wis. 69 near 11th Avenue.

• Sara L. Bevins, 18, Argyle, was cited for driving after suspension at about 3:45 p.m. Friday on 6th Avenue near 8th Street.

• Martin Garcia Duran, 24, Monroe, was cited for driving after suspension.

• Walter S. Zimmerman Jr., 52, New Glarus, was cited for driving after revocation at about 10:30 p.m. Friday on 6th Avenue near Railroad Street.

• Tyler L. Miller, 16, Monroe, was cited for a graduated license violation at about 7 p.m. Friday on Wis. 69 near 11th Avenue.

• Tyler A. Schwoob, 17, Ridgeway, was cited for truancy at about 10:45 a.m. Friday.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Sabah R. Alkhafji, 36, Freeport, Ill., was arrested for second-offense drunken driving and speeding at about 3:30 a.m. Sunday on Wis. 69 at Advance Road. Passengers Clayton J. Kraft and Bert R.D. Gleason, both 22 and both from Freeport, Ill., and JaDrian M. Kerry, 21, Freeport, Ill., were cited for open intoxicants in a vehicle. All were released pending court.

• Leo W. Martin Jr., 56, Monroe, was arrested for second-offense drunken driving, driving without lights and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 3 a.m. Sunday on Wis. 59 at Greenbush Road. He was released pending court.

• Larou Villalva Diaz, 21, Brodhead, was arrested for drunken driving, driving after suspension and speeding at about 11:45 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 11/81 near County C. Villalva Diaz was released pending court.

• Danielle M. Schwartz, 22, Monroe, was cited for driving after revocation at about 11:45 p.m. Saturday on Town Center Road at Haddinger Road. She was released pending court.

• Robert T. Owen, 19, Monticello, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign, driving without lights and driving after suspension at about 11:45 p.m. Sunday on County E at County C. A passenger, Timothy J. Faber, New Glarus, was cited for a seatbelt violation. They were released pending court.

• Chad W. Sweet, 38, Blanchardville, was arrested for strangulation and disorderly conduct following a domestic dispute at about 9:45 p.m. Monday at a residence on Badger Road in York township. He was jailed.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Rodney A. Carns, 45, Shullsburg, was arrested for disorderly conduct at about 2 p.m. Friday at a residence on County I in New Diggings township. Carla J. Carns, 47, Cuba City, was arrested for battery.

• Douglas J. Forbes, 18, Platteville, was arrested for driving while impaired, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 1 a.m. Saturday on County B in Belmont township. He was released pending court.

• Julia M. Unger, 48, Monticello, was cited for driving without a license and driving a non-registered vehicle at about 8:15 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 81 in Darlington township.

• Three males were cited for alcohol violations following a traffic stop at about 9:30 p.m. Saturday on County C in Willow Springs township. Jacob J. Hansen, 18, Mineral Point, was cited for minor transporting alcohol, underage drinking and procuring intoxicants to minors. Kyle T. Dolphin, 18, Mineral Point, was cited for underage drinking. A 16-year-old, also from Mineral Point, was cited for underage drinking and open intoxicants in a vehicle. They were released pending court.
