DARLINGTON - On Feb. 28:
An injured animal was reported at 7:08 a.m. on County M in Wiota Township.
Brandon A. Daniels, 19, Janesville, was cited for operating while intoxicated (1st offense), possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:31 p.m. on Wis. 11, Wayne Township.
A traffic complaint was reported at 3:49 p.m. on Wis. 81 in Lamont Township.
A vehicle in the ditch was reported at 5:08 p.m. on County H in Blanchard Township. As a result, James W. Knutson, 19, Blanchardville, was cited for operating after suspension.
Monroe Police
MONROE - On Feb. 21:
Jeremy L. Hendrickson, 48, Monroe, was arrested at 9:26 p.m. in the 2000 block of 4th Street after an investigation into a possible disturbance. Hendrickson was charged with disorderly conduct and false imprisonment under Wisconsin's Domestic Violence Laws from an earlier domestic disturbance, and was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
On Feb. 22:
Amber R. Driscoll, 24, Cascade, Iowa, was arrested at 2:31 a.m. in the 300 block of 6th Avenue following an investigation into a vehicle colliding with a street sign in the 300 block of 3rd Street and then leaving the scene. Driscoll was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (1st offense) and later released to a responsible person pending a court appearance. Driscoll was also cited for hit and run to property adjacent to a highway. No injuries were reported and the vehicle sustained minor damage.
Sabrina L. Herbst, 18, South Wayne, was arrested at 11:43 p.m. in the 2100 block of 13th Street following a traffic stop and K-9 search of the vehicle. Herbst was charged with possession of marijuana. A passenger in the same vehicle, Skyelar D. Hooper, 19, Monroe, was also arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both Herbst and Hooper were cited and released pending a court appearance.
Albany Police
ALBANY - A juvenile was cited Feb. 19 for driving without a valid license.
Kevin D. Beckwith, 40, Albany, was arrested for four counts of felony bail jumping Feb. 19.
Samuel S. Bradley, 23, Evansville, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign and operating after suspension Feb. 24.
New Glarus Police
NEW GLARUS - On Feb. 19:
A suspicious vehicle was reported at 12 a.m. in the 200 block of 4th Avenue. The vehicle complainant said the vehicle was occupied by four subjects. The village was checked and the vehicle was not located.
Police unlocked a vehicle at 1:19 p.m. in the 300 block of 5th Street.
Police responded at 4:56 p.m. to the 300 block of Elmer Road for a 911 hangup. The area was checked and the caller was not located.
On Feb. 20:
A trash bin was removed at 12:23 a.m. in the 300 block of 3rd Avenue. Water running down the street likely pushed it into the intersection.
Calls were taken the entire day in regards to flooding within the village and the surrounding township residence of flooded roads and other issues because of the flooding.
Police issued four alternate side parking citations during the shift.
Police assisted the Monticello Police Department at 9:52 a.m. in the 500 block of Summit Avenue in regards to a suspicious person.
An unwanted subject was reported at 12:06 p.m. in the 100 block of Wis. 69. Upon officer's arrival the subject left.
On Feb. 21:
Police issued three parking citations for alternate side parking violations.
A dead rabbit was reported at 9:51 a.m. in the 10 block of 6th Avenue. The rabbit was removed from the roadway and the Streets Department was notified.
Police unlocked a vehicle without damage at 4:18 p.m. in the 800 block of 10th Avenue.
An abandoned vehicle was located at 5:43 p.m. in the lane of traffic on 14th Avenue at Wis. 69. The vehicle was cited for a parking violation and removed by tow truck.
Alex L. Lemens, 32, Madison, was cited for operating a motor vehicle while suspended after a traffic stop for equipment violations at 6:43 p.m. on Wis. 69 at 6th Avenue.
On Feb. 22:
Police issued three parking citations for violation of the alternate side parking ordinance.
On Feb. 23:
An abandoned vehicle was reported at 12:55 p.m. in the 400 block of 2nd Street on private property. The property owners were given a towing service number that could help them remove the vehicle and dispose of it.
Police removed some bottles from the road at 4:25 p.m. in the 1800 block of 2nd Street.
On Feb. 24:
Police issued four parking citations for violation of the alternate side parking and no parking from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.
Jayson S. Pemberton Perez, 24, Beloit, was cited for speeding at 1:11 a.m. in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.
Police found an earring on the sidewalk at 10:54 a.m. in the 300 block of 2nd Street.
Retail theft was reported at 4:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Wis. 69. An investigation revealed that a suspect had stolen two bottles of Crown Royal from the liquor portion of the business and the business was unaware that this had occurred until they reviewed the video system.
Police assisted the Green County Sheriff's Office with locating a vehicle at 10:53 p.m. in the village that was involved in a motor vehicle crash in Exeter Township.
Police assisted the Green County Sheriff at 11:26 p.m. with a disabled vehicle in New Glarus Township.
