Monroe Police

MONROE - Patrick J. Allen, 19, Argyle, was arrested in the 100 block of 21st Street at 11:39 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, on charges of driving while not sober (an underage offense), driving with a suspended license (third offense) and obstructing an officer. He was released pending court.

- Three young repeat offenders were referred to juvenile court for disorderly behavior at 10:01 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, at Monroe Middle School, 1510 13th St. The trio included a 13-year-old Browntown male, a 14-year-old Monroe male and a 13-year-old Monroe male.

- Lauren S. Marsden, 17, was cited for disorderly conduct at 12:04 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, following a disturbance at Monroe Alternative Charter School, 1220 16th Ave. Police are investigating allegations that she punched and kicked a 16-year-old Monroe male in the ally behind the school.

- Police responded at 2:54 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, to a report that two female students were fighting during a lunch break at Monroe Alternative Charter School, 1220 16th Ave. There were no citations. Investigation into the incident continues.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - German Hernandez, 29, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of obstructing an officer and cited for driving without a valid license (fourth offense) after he was stopped for a traffic violation at 4:43 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, in the N2200 block of Clarno Road in the Town of Clarno. He was booked into jail and then released pending court.

- Felix Vanegas Gervacio, 25, Beloit, was cited for operating left of center and driving without a valid license at 5:02 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, on Wisconsin 11 at County S in the Town of Jefferson. He was released pending court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Patrick R. Curran, 19, Warren, Ill., was cited for speeding at 2:15 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, on Wisconsin 11 in the Town of Wayne.

- A calf was reported as stolen at 12:22 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28. The complainant told deputies the theft occurred sometime during the previous night from a location on White School Road in the Town of Monticello.
