ALBANY POLICE

ALBANY - On May 26, Billy J. Koss, 37, Albany, was cited for a dog at large.

On May 27:

• Justin L. Badertscher, 28, Brodhead, was cited for public urination.

• Ryan M. Flood, 40, Albany, was cited for outside consumption of alcohol.



NEW GLARUS POLICE

On May 26:

• Police cited John C. Gobeli, 33, New Glarus, at 8:14 a.m. for a driver seatbelt violation on Wisconsin 69 at 11th Avenue.

• Carla B. Kelley, 44, Monticello, was cited at 8:29 a.m. for illegal window tint on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue.

• New Glarus Police assisted the Brodhead Police Department with an investigation at 9:25 a.m.

• At 12:19 p.m., police cited Michael Storm, 34, Stoughton, for the violations of non/expired vehicle registration, driver seatbelt and no insurance on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue.

• Police received a report of a lost wallet in the village at 12:23 p.m. The wallet was later turned in and returned to its owner.

• At 6:54 p.m., police cited Lily M. McGowen, 17, Monticello, for failure to wear a seatbelt at the intersection of 6th Avenue and 2nd Street.

• Naomi R. Balderas, 33, New Glarus, was cited at 7:54 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle while suspended and operating a motor vehicle without insurance after observing the violation at the intersection of 6th Avenue and 1st Street.

• At 8:23 p.m., New Glarus police assisted the Green County Sheriff's Office with a traffic stop in the 10 block of 6th Avenue at 8:23 p.m.

• At 8:54 p.m., police cited multiple vehicles for parking violations in the downtown area.

On Saturday:

• At 2:43 a.m., police warned approximately 15 people standing in front of a local establishment in the 400 block of 2nd street for loitering.

• Police cited three vehicles in the downtown area for no parking overnight.

• At 8:14 a.m., police cited Karla J. Henke, 33, Evansville, for the violations of driver seatbelt and having no vehicle insurance on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue.

• Taylor J. Disch, 22, New Glarus, was cited for a driver seatbelt violation on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue at 8:46 a.m.

• Police cited Nicolas D. Hack, 18, Brodhead, for a driver seatbelt violation on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue at 9:27 a.m.

• At 11:31 a.m., police cited Michael A. Bear, 52, Orangeville, for driver seatbelt and no vehicle insurance violations on Wis. 69 at County W.

• Police received a complaint of a lost silver cane in the village. If located, contact the police department.

• At 3:51 p.m., police received a complaint of a vehicle parked illegally in the 10 block of 6th Avenue. The vehicle was removed.

• At 6:47 p.m., police cited Carson M. Aeberhard, 27, Monticello, for operating a vehicle without insurance after stopping the vehicle on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue for a registration violation.

• A gas drive-off was reported at 6:34 p.m. in the 600 block of Wis. 69. The incident remains under investigation.

• Police cited Melenie P. Bolser, 64, Madison, at 7:08 p.m. for speeding after observing the violation in the 1400 block of Wis. 69.

• Police cited Sawyer R. Myers, 18, Evansville, at 8:21 p.m. for illegal window tinting after observing the violation at the intersection of 13th Avenue and 2nd Street.

• Police received a noise complaint from a resident on 7th Avenue at 8:48 p.m. regarding a band that was playing at a business in the 700 block of Railroad Street. The caller was advised that the business was not in violation of any ordinances.

• Police found a bicycle at 9:56 p.m. in the 500 block of 3rd Ave. The bike's owner can retrieve it at the New Glarus Police Department.

• Police arrested Derek R. Hipple, 33, Dixon, Illinois, at 10:18 p.m. for disorderly conduct after an investigation about incidents in the village.

On Sunday:

• Police cited a vehicle at 3:02 a.m. for parking across a sidewalk in the 500 block of 5th Street.

• Police cited Jacob J. Noriega, 25, Monticello, at 8:58 a.m. for illegal window tinting on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue.

• Police responded at 9:18 a.m. to a burglar alarm in the 100 block of 5th Avenue. The alarm was accidentally set off by an employee.

• Police cited Dalton J. Way, 18, Monticello, at 10:38 a.m. for a driver's seatbelt violation on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue.

• Police cited Benjamin C. Butikofer, 19, LaGrange, Illinois, at 10:53 a.m. for a driver seatbelt violation on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue.

• Police investigated a noise complaint at 3:57 p.m. in the 700 block of 14th Avenue.

• Police cited Tyler L. Cullen, 25, Hollandale, and Jami S. Ryan, 26, Hollandale, at 4:36 p.m. for seatbelt violations after a traffic stop on 6th Avenue.

• Police cited Bobbi R. Blum, 42, Blanchardville, at 5:45 p.m. for a seatbelt violation after a traffic stop on 6th Avenue.

• Police cited Andrew E. Faber, 35, New Glarus, at 6:40 p.m. for a seatbelt violation after a traffic stop on 6th Avenue.

• Police assisted the Green County Sheriff's Office at 7:24 p.m. with a 911 call on County J.

• Police cited Anne E. Horina, 20, Westchester, Illinois, at 6:06 p.m. for speeding after observing the violation in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.

• Police cited Tyler C. Patton, 24, Oconomowoc, at 7:07 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance after observing an equipment violation in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.

• Police cited Mary L. Zasadil, 50, New Glarus, at 8:02 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance after observing a speeding violation in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.

• Police cited Zachery W. Jensen, 26, New Glarus, at 11:14 p.m. for driving with a revoked license after a traffic stop on 14th Avenue.

On Monday:

• Police cited Matthew M. Henke, 42, Madison, at 12:38 a.m. for driving without vehicle insurance after observing a speeding violation in the 1400 block of Wis. 69.
