MONROE - Jeramie W. Sullivan, 18, Monroe, was arrested at 6:08 a.m. Monday for theft, obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 400 block of 14th Avenue. Sullivan was released pending court.

• A deputy took a harassment complaint at 2:10 p.m. on Stone Road, Willow Springs Township.
• A deputy responded at 3:15 p.m. to a report of suspicious activity on Meier Road, Wayne Township.
• A deputy responded to a traffic complaint on Roaster Road, Wiota Township, at 9:38 p.m.
• A deputy took a harassment complaint at 9:46 p.m. on Swanson Road, Wayne Township.
• Deputies assisted Darlington police with a traffic stop on County E, Shullsburg Township, at 9:50 p.m. Shullsburg police assisted on scene.
