MONROE - Kelsey L. Henning, 25, Brodhead, was arrested at 6:29 a.m. Wednesday on a child support warrant at the intersection of 8th Street and 3rd Avenue. Henning was also cited for driving with a revoked license.

• A dog at large was reported at 9:50 a.m. on South Division Street in South Wayne.
• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 5:26 p.m. on East Milwaukee Street in Argyle.
• Autumn E. Foster, 21, Monroe, was cited at 7:02 p.m. for speeding and driving without proof of vehicle insurance on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington.
• Taylor K. Jewell, 22, Hillsdale, Illinois, was cited at 7:21 p.m. for speeding on County W, Town of Monticello.
