MONROE - Blake A. Bast, 18, Monroe, and Frank D. Santoro, 17, Winslow, Ill., were arrested at 2:35 a.m. Wednesday in the 1700 block of 22nd Avenue for obstructing an officer, underage possession consumption of an alcoholic beverage and being in a city park after hours. Both subjects were released pending court appearance.
Abbie R. Tucker, 19, Evansville, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. Wednesday in the 1800 block of 12th Street for an outstanding warrant issued by the Rock County Sheriff's Department. Tucker was jailed.

DARLINGTON - Timothy A. Fitzsimons, 24, Darlington, was arrested at 7:15 p.m. Monday for a body only warrant through Iowa County, following police contact on Sunset Terrace.

Mary Alice Gentry, 42, Belmont, was arrested at 3:08 a.m. for operating while intoxicated after deputies and Belmont Ambulance responded to Park Street, Village of Belmont, for a report of a female falling off an ATV. Gentry was jailed.
A deputy responded to a check welfare at 7:15 a.m. on County D in Wayne Township.
A deputy responded to a traffic complaint of a semi-truck in a ditch on West Mound Road, Belmont Township at 7:51 a.m.
Steven T. Wiegel, 24, Darlington, was arrested at 8:52 a.m. on a probation hold on County K, Darlington. He remains jailed.
A deputy responded at 1:53 p.m. to County G, Town of Calamine, for a report of suspicious activity.
A deputy investigated at 2:04 p.m. a theft that occurred on South Park Street, Benton. The investigation continues.
