MONROE - Donald G. Bornemeier, 31, Monroe, was cited for driving a vehicle with an expired driver's license, driving a vehicle without insurance and carrying a concealed weapon at 1:30 a.m. Thursday in the 600 block of 21st Street. He was released pending a court appearance.
• Eric L. Runaas, 21, Monroe, was arrested for criminal damage to property at 10 p.m. Thursday in the 2700 block of 8 1/2 Street. He was released pending a court appearance.

MONROE - Kerri A. Talbott, 23, Brodhead, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct at about 11 a.m. Thursday in the west 400 block of Wisconsin 81, following a domestic disturbance incident. Talbott was jailed pending court or bond.
• Victor Ramon Gonzalez-Garcia, 36, Lena, was cited for driving a vehicle without a valid driver's license at about 9:50 p.m. Thursday on Wis. 59 near Forest Prairie Park Road in the Town of Sylvester, following a traffic complaint. He was released pending court.
