A 45-year-old Brodhead man was arrested at 2:34 a.m. for a third offense of driving while under the influence in the 800 block of East Exchange Street.
A vehicle was reported damaged at 9:05 a.m. in the 400 block of East 5th Avenue. The matter remains under investigation.
A fireworks violation was reported at 7:59 p.m. in the 300 block of 3rd Street. Contact was made and a warning was issued.

A disagreement and disorderly conduct between two individuals was reported at 1:33 p.m. in the 700 block of 17th Street. Contact was made and the issue was resolved.
