MONROE - Justin T. Douglas, 22, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of theft (under $2,500) at 4:13 p.m. Friday, July 26, following an investigation at a residence on Thorp Road in Clarno Township. He was jailed pending court or bond.
• Shannon B. Bennett, 23, Brodhead, was cited for driving with a suspended license on Wisconsin 59 at Decatur-Sylvester Road in Decatur Township at 7 p.m. Friday, July 26.
• Four people from Freeport were cited after deputies stopped two cars for speeding 79 mph in the W4900 block of Wis. 11 in Sylvester Township at 11:02 p.m. Friday, July 26. Demetrius N. Price, 25, and Lorenzo T.O. Brown, 23, were cited for speeding. Passengers Drean D. McGee, 20, and Jerron M. Hughes, 23, were cited for possession of marijuana. The Monroe Police Department K-9 assisted at the scene.
• Troy W. Shunk, 20, Albany, was cited for driving with a suspended license after deputies checked on a disabled vehicle on Wis. 59 and Rechsteiner Road in Sylvester Township at 11:28 p.m. Friday, July 26.
