• George Byrd, 47, Rolling Meadows, Ill., was cited for permitting a child to ride an all-terrain vehicle without a helmet following a traffic stop at about 7:45 p.m. Friday on the ATV trail.
• Lawrence Burns, 67, Darlington, was cited for public nuisance violations on rental properties in Darlington Thursday.

MONROE - Justin J. Svendsen, 27, Argyle, was cited for driving without a license and a seatbelt violation following a traffic stop at about 9 a.m. Monday on County C near Washington Road. He was released pending court.
