MONROE - On Wednesday, July 24:

• Brett D. Hutchison, 22, Monroe, was arrested at 3:03 p.m. in the 800 block of 28th Avenue and faces two counts of bail jumping in Green County Circuit Court stemming from the arrest. Court records indicate he had consumed alcohol, in violation of a bond condition that he not drink. He was jailed pending court.

• Collin Chapleau, 17, Lake in the Hills, Ill., was cited for failure to yield right-of-way at a stop sign after police responded at 3:28 p.m. to a two-vehicle accident with minor injuries at 12th Street and 13th Avenue. Chapleau collided with a vehicle driven by a 25-year-old Monroe woman, who was transported to a hospital for non-life threatening injuries. The vehicles sustained moderate to severe damage.

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday, July 24:

• Douglas W. Champion, 20, Shullsburg, was cited for driving with a revoked license and no vehicle insurance at 8:43 a.m. on Wisconsin 11 in Shullsburg.

• James C. Chancy, 37, Fitchburg, was cited for having open intoxicants in a motor vehicle after deputies responded at 1:21 p.m. to a complaint of suspicious activity at a residence on Wis. 78 in Wiota Township.

• A dog running at large was reported at 12:05 p.m. in Calamine in Willow Springs Township.

• A deputy was dispatched at 12:40 p.m. to check on the welfare of a juvenile at a location on Mink Farm Road in South Wayne. The juvenile confirmed a child abuse incident had occurred in Green County, and arrangements were made for the juvenile to meet with the appropriate law enforcement agency.

• A deputy took a report at 5:50 p.m. of a dog bite that occurred on County K in Darlington Township. The victim was reportedly out jogging when a dog ran out of a residence and bit the jogger's finger.

• A theft was reported at 6:40 p.m. at a residence on Longs Lane in New Diggings Township.

• A deputy responded at 7:38 p.m. to a civil dispute between two neighbors on Stub Lane in Darlington Township.

• A deputy assisted Cuba City police by checking several residences in the Evergreen Village Mobile Home Park in Belmont at 10:05 p.m. in an attempt to locate a male wanted in connection to a disturbance in Cuba City. He was not located.
