DARLINGTON Police

DARLINGTON - Phillip H. Friend, 49, Darlington, was arrested for operating while intoxicated at 8:04 p.m. Friday following a crash on Louisa Street.

• Dylan D. Siegenthaler, 20, Darlington, was arrested for operating while intoxicated at 10:44 p.m. Saturday after police stopped him on Main Street. He was also cited for underage drinking, an identification card violation and inattentive driving.

• Troy D. Jablonsky, 33, Darlington, was arrested for strangulation, battery, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct at 1:58 a.m. Monday following an altercation on East Street.



Monroe Police

MONROE - Joseph R. Berger, 40, Monroe, was arrested and jailed for bail jumping at 2:30 a.m. Tuesday after police responded to a report of a disturbance in the 600 block of 30th Street.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Tuesday:

• Maximillian J. Clark, 20, Des Moines, was cited for speeding and an insurance violation at 10:28 a.m. after police stopped him on Wisconsin 11 in the Town of Benton.

• Daniel S. Summers, 41, Kenosha, was cited for speeding at 5:20 p.m. after police stopped him on County I in the Town of White Springs.

• A theft was reported at 12:12 p.m. on West Water Street in Shullsburg.

• A civil dispute was reported at 4:03 p.m. on County M in the Town of Wiota.

• A theft was reported at 5:28 p.m. on North McKnight Street in South Wayne.

• A fraud was reported at 6:16 p.m. on Country Club Road in the Town of Darlington.
