ALBANY - On Saturday:

• Ryan D. Paterson, 26, Milwaukee, was cited for trespassing.

• Tomas J. Berk, 21, Albany, was cited for outside possession of alcohol.

• Megan McGrath, 32, Bangor, was cited for outside possession of alcohol.

• Staci R. Root, 32, Chicago, was cited for outside possession of alcohol.



BRODHEAD POLICE

BRODHEAD - On July 10:

• A 44-year-old Helenville man was cited at 9:06 a.m. for speeding in the 600 block of 1st Street.

• Building debris was reported at 10:16 a.m. in the 1900 block of West 7th Avenue. The case remains under investigation.

• A 21-year-old Janesville man was cited at 2:06 p.m. for speeding and driving with a suspended license in the 600 block of 1st Street.

• A 39-year-old Brodhead woman was arrested at 7:33 p.m. for domestic disorderly conduct in the 1300 block of 1st Center Avenue.

• A 34-year-old Brodhead man was cited for having issued worthless checks on June 13 in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue.

On July 11:

• Damage to property was reported at 7:50 p.m. in the 1000 block of 12th Street. The case remains under investigation.

• Disorderly conduct was reported at 9:47 p.m. after a juvenile caused a disturbance in the 200 block of 12th Street. Police issued a warning to the offender.

On July 12, a 49-year-old Monroe man was cited at 8:26 a.m. for improper parking in the 1500 block of 1st Center Avenue.

On Wednesday:

• A burglary was reported at 8:43 a.m. at a business in the 1000 block of 1st Center Avenue. The case remains under investigation.

• Debris left in a yard was reported at 1:47 p.m. in the 600 block of 1st Center Avenue. The case remains under investigation.

• A 57-year-old Brodhead woman was cited at 3:36 p.m. for failure to yield the right-of-way in the 1700 block of East 7th Avenue.

• A fraudulent IRS phone call was reported at 5:37 p.m. in the E400 block of 23rd Street.

On Thursday:

• A curfew violation was reported at 2:29 a.m. in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue. Police issued warnings to the offenders.

• A 24-year-old Brodhead man was cited at 2:31 p.m. for driving with a revoked license in the 1400 block of East 3rd Avenue.

• Damage to property was reported at 3:47 p.m. in the 400 block of 10th Street.

• A fraudulent telephone call was reported at 4:35 p.m. in the 200 block of 14th Street.

• Trespassers were reported at 5:32 p.m. in the 400 block of 12th Street. The case remains under investigation.

On Friday:

• A trespasser was reported at 3:19 p.m. in the 1400 block of West 2nd Avenue. It was determined that there had been no actual violation.

• A theft was reported at 5:57 p.m. in the East 3rd Avenue.



MONROE POLICE

MONROE - On Sunday:

• Steven D. Rowley, 43, Monroe, was arrested at 12:14 a.m. for driving while intoxicated (third offense) in the 2600 block of Wisconsin 69. Rowley was also cited for driving with a revoked license and was jailed pending court.

• Ryan A. Unbehaun, 31, Monroe, was arrested at 3:01 a.m. for possession of marijuana in the 1600 block of 9th Street. Unbehaun was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and was released pending court.



NEW GLARUS POLICE

NEW GLARUS - On July 10:

• Police checked an individual's welfare at 10:53 a.m. at the intersection on County H and 2nd Street.

• Police helped unlock a vehicle at 2:34 p.m. in the 200 block of Industrial Drive.

• Police helped unlock a vehicle at 3:34 p.m. in the 2400 block of Wis. 69.

• Suspicious circumstances were reported at 10:30 p.m. in the 300 block of 14th Avenue. It was found to be an employee working late.

On July 11:

• A suspicious vehicle was reported at 1:14 a.m. in the 300 block of 2nd Street. The driver was found to be playing a smartphone game.

• Police cited a vehicle at 2:15 a.m. for parking after hours in the 100 block of 5th Avenue.

• Police assisted the Green County Sheriff at 8:15 a.m. with a gas spill in the Town of New Glarus.

• Jacob H. Blumer, 28, Madison, was cited at 1:14 p.m. for a seatbelt violation and non-registration of a vehicle at the intersection of 6th Avenue and Railroad Street.

• Justin A. Edl, 34, Sun Prairie, was cited at 1:20 p.m. for a seatbelt violation in the 800 block of Wis. 69.

• Jon A. Schwartzlow, 39, Monroe, was cited at 1:35 p.m. for illegal window tinting at the intersection of Wis. 69 and 6th Avenue.

• Yonathan I. Mendoza-Rodriguez, 32, Madison, was cited at 3:31 p.m. for driving with an expired vehicle registration at the intersection of Wis. 69 and 6th Avenue.

• Nikita S. Anderson, 24, Barneveld, was cited at 3:43 p.m. for a seatbelt violation at the intersection of 6th Avenue and Railroad Street.

• Police spoke with a citizen at 6:16 p.m. regarding illegal parking in the 400 block of 4th Avenue.

• Eddie T. Yang, 31, Fitchburg, was cited at 7:06 p.m. for illegal window tinting at the intersection of Wis. 69 and 11th Avenue.

• Tyler J. Peterson, 22, Monroe, was cited for illegal window tinting and driving without vehicle insurance at the intersection of Wis. 69 and 6th Avenue.

• A suspicious person was reported at 11:28 p.m. after a man fled from security officers in the 100 block of County W. The man was not located.

On July 12:

• A suspicious vehicle was reported at 12:17 a.m. in the 100 block of County W. The occupants were found to be playing a smartphone game and were warned for trespassing.

• Police helped unlock a vehicle at 9:13 a.m. in the 600 block of 2nd Avenue.

• A domestic dispute was reported at 9:49 a.m. in the 300 block of Elmer Road.

• Police assisted the Belleville police at 2:40 p.m. with an incident in Belleville.

• Police assisted the Belleville police at 3:15 p.m. with another incident in Belleville.

• Police removed a small tree from the roadway at 6:46 p.m. on Kubly Road.

• A fire alarm was triggered at 10:16 p.m. in the W6300 block of Hefty Road. It was found to be a false alarm.

• Suspicious people were reported at 11:34 p.m. in the 300 block of Heidi Court.

On Wednesday:

• Joseph S. Ott, 30, New Glarus, was cited at 11:12 a.m. for a seatbelt violation on Wis. 69.

• Brett A. Bierman, 21, Platteville, was cited at 11:26 a.m. for a seatbelt violation on Wis. 69.

• Christopher D. Hochstetler, 37, Madison, was cited at 12:31 p.m. for a seatbelt violation and driving without vehicle insurance on 6th Avenue.

• Baylee D. Parker, 19, Belleville, was cited at 12:51 p.m. for a seatbelt violation on Wis. 69.

• Clifford H. Nelson, 48, Blanchardville, was cited at 1:12 p.m. for a seatbelt violation on Wis. 69.

• Suspicious activity was reported at 11:18 p.m. in the 300 block of Heidi Court.

On Thursday:

• Police assisted the Green County Sheriff at 12:47 p.m. with a broken-down vehicle in the W5700 block of County H.

• Truman M. Kilen, 19, Belleville, was cited at 3 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance at the intersection of 11th Avenue and Wis. 69.

On Friday:

• Police assisted the Green County Sheriff at 3:07 p.m. with a call for assistance in the 5000 block of Valley View Circle.

• Penelope L. Kubly, 65, New Glarus, was cited at 4:36 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance on Wis. 69.

• Dale A. Foster, 63, Juda, was cited at 7:40 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance on Wis. 69.

• Police assisted a security company at 11:03 p.m. in the 300 block of Cow Path Lane.

On Saturday:

• Lost property was recovered at 11:07 a.m. in the 10 block of 4th Avenue.

• Police helped unlock a vehicle at 11:56 a.m. in the 10 block of 5th Avenue.

• Carson J. Kicmol, 18, Albany, was cited at 2:16 p.m. for a seatbelt violation on 6th Avenue.

• Police assisted Probation and Parole at 3:03 p.m. with checking on a subject in the Village.

• Police assisted the Belleville Police at 7:01 p.m. with a case tied to the Village of New Glarus.

• Jay R. S. Estoya, 25, New Glarus, was cited at 9 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance on Wis. 69.

• A noise complaint was made at 10:10 p.m. in the 200 block of 4th Avenue. The noise was not above the allowed limit.

• Police spoke with several adults at 11:20 p.m. regarding being in a park after hours.

On Sunday:

• A suspicious vehicle was reported at 12:46 a.m. in the 300 block of Cow Path Lane. The occupants were found to be taking night pictures of the village and were warned for trespassing.

• Brandon E. Rupnow, 30, New Glarus, was cited at 2:21 p.m. for illegal window tinting on Railroad Street.

• Police issued a warning at 2:51 p.m. to a trailer that had not been moved for several days in the 900 block of Elmer Road.

• Cynthia L. Chryst, 59, Evansville, was cited at 2:59 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.



GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - On Friday, Brandy A. Busjahn, 34, Monroe, was cited at 8:40 p.m. for driving with a suspended license and without vehicle insurance in the W9500 block of County MM, Town of Cadiz.

On Saturday:

• Jamee L. Bakken, 31, Fitchburg, was cited at 5:35 p.m. for disorderly conduct in the N4600 block of County E, Town of Decatur.

• Garry B. Suiter, 70, Brodhead, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. for driving while intoxicated (first offense) and with a prohibited alcohol concentration in the N6300 block of Conservation Road, Town of Albany.

On Sunday, Precious M. Oller, 40, Brodhead, was arrested at 1:39 a.m. for driving while intoxicated (first offense). Oller was also cited for driving with a prohibited alcohol content, possession of THC, driving without a valid license and having open intoxicants in a vehicle.



LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - On Friday:

• Andrew J. Boelk, 20, Janesville, was cited at 2:30 a.m. for underage transport of intoxicants and driving without proof of vehicle insurance on Hammer Road, Town of Gratiot.

• Livestock on the roadway were reported at 7:57 a.m. on English Hollow Road, Town of Fayette.

• An animal neglect complaint was made at 7:58 a.m. .on Sand Road, Town of Wiota.

• A civil dispute was reported at 8:20 a.m. on Front Street, Town of New Diggings.

• Deputies checked an individual's welfare at 9:53 a.m. on Galena Street in Argyle.

• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 11 a.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Argyle.

• Shaniqua D. Hamp, 24, Shullsburg, arrested at 1:23 p.m. for disorderly conduct on West Harrison Street in Shullsburg. Hamp was jailed.

• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 3:20 p.m. on County F, Town of Willow Springs.

• A civil dispute was reported at 6:10 p.m. on North Galena Street in South Wayne.

• Jordan M. Langan, 21, Woodstock, Illinois, was cited at 7:28 p.m. for speeding on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington.

• Cara J. Goninen, 22, Blanchardville, was cited at 8:38 p.m. for speeding on Wis. 81, Town of Argyle.

• Kathy A. Kort, 52, Delavan, was cited at 8:56 p.m. for driving without proof of vehicle insurance on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington.

• Livestock on the roadway were reported at 9:27 p.m. on English Hollow Road, Town of Fayette.

• An erratic driver was reported at 11:02 p.m. on County E, Town of Shullsburg.

On Saturday:

• Seth Butler, 20, South Wayne, Logan D. Crooks, 20, and Mackenzie M. Halvorsen, 20, both of Monticello, were cited at 2:56 a.m. for underage alcohol consumption on Wis. 81, Town of Elk Grove.

• Livestock on the roadway were reported at 6:35 a.m. on English Hollow Road, Town of Fayette.

• Criminal damage to property was reported at 12:54 p.m. in Shullsburg.

• A theft was reported at 3:23 p.m. on West Moundview Avenue in Belmont.

• A theft was reported at 5:10 p.m. on Galena Street in Darlington.
