Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Tuesday:

• Illegal dumping was reported at 3:28 a.m. on Beebe Road in New Diggings Township.

• Cody A. Pendleton, 25, Mineral Point, was cited for speeding and operating while intoxicated at 3:50 a.m. on Wisconsin 23, Willow Springs Township. Pendleton was transported to the Lafayette County Jail where he was released to a responsible party.

• Alan F. Leahy, 52, Darlington, was arrested for disorderly conduct at 11:10 a.m. on West Estey Street in Shullsburg. He was brought to the Lafayette County Jail where he was booked and later posted bond.

• An animal problem was reported at 12:10 p.m. on McCarville Lane, Kendall Township.

• A deputy assisted Bayfield Police at 1:26 p.m. on Horner Lane in Argyle Township.

• A traffic complaint was reported at 2:22 p.m. on Wis. 23 in Darlington Township.

• An animal bite was reported at 2:59 p.m. on Furnace Hill Road in Willow Springs Township.

• Criminal damage to property was reported at 4:41 p.m. on Wis. 81 in Elk Grove Township.

• A deputy responded at 6:16 p.m. to Bennett Road in New Diggings Township for a welfare check.

• A juvenile problem was reported at 7:59 p.m. on West Water Street in Shullsburg.

• An animal problem was reported at 8:32 p.m. on County O in Shullsburg Township.

• A vehicle in the ditch was reported at 10:34 p.m. on County W in Monticello Township.

• A deputy assisted Belmont Police at 10:35 p.m. on North Mound Ave. in Belmont for an alarm.

• Taime F.A.A. Paul, 22, Browntown, was cited for altering a vehicle registration sticker and non-registration at 11:06 p.m. on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Tuesday:

• Anthony A. Nickel, 37, Pearl City, Illinois, turned himself in at the Green County Sheriff's Office at 4:50 a.m. on two child support warrants through Green County. Nickel was jailed.



Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Blake A. Herman, 18; Raeann Sanders, 18; and Tariq Leuchtenmacher, 18, all of Darlington, were cited being an underage person in a tavern Tuesday following an investigation of an incident that occurred on Dec. 23 at a tavern in Darlington on Main Street. 

• Emily J. Paige, 30, Hazel Green, was cited for allowing underage persons on a licensed premises Tuesday following an investigation of an incident that occurred on Dec. 23 at a tavern in Darlington on Main Street.

• Betty J. Love, 60, Darlington, was arrested for a valid warrant through Lafayette County at 12:07 a.m. Wednesday on Galena Street.​
