MONROE POLICE
MONROE - Heath R. Barker, 41, Monroe, was arrested at 9:19 p.m. Monday for disorderly conduct, substantial battery and strangulation after police responded to a domestic dispute in the 1700 block of Lake Drive. Barker was jailed pending court.

• A 911 hang-up occurred at 6:04 p.m. on Silverthorn Road, Town of Shullsburg.
• A traffic complaint was made at 6:31 p.m. on East Grove Street in South Wayne.
• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 8:54 p.m. on West Center Street in South Wayne.
• A noise complaint was made at 11:32 p.m. on West Grove Street in South Wayne.
