Monroe Police

MONROE - Owen L. Nally, 22, Monroe, was cited for disorderly house, possession of marijuana and adult permit underage consumption around 4 p.m. Sunday in the 300 block of Fourth Street. He was released pending court. Cory D. Bowen, 20, Monroe was cited for underage person possessing or consuming an alcoholic beverage. He was released pending court.

• Debra E. Rufi, 45, Monroe, and Jerold D. Hansen, 46, Monroe, were arrested for disorderly conduct as a result of a disturbance around 3:45 p.m. Sunday in the 2300 block of Sixth Street. Both were released pending court appearance.

• Jesse J. Even, 25, Monroe, was arrested for battery and bail jumping around 5 p.m. Sunday in the 300 block of Fourth Street. He was confined to the Green County Jail pending court appearance.

• Manfred L. Jackson, 20, Mobile Ala., was arrested around 3:45 a.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of 20th Avenue Saturday for outstanding warrant issued by Argyle police. He was transported to Lafayette County where he remains in jail.

• Larry J. Martin, 27, Monroe, was arrested around 4:45 a.m. Saturday for two counts of substantial battery, two counts of battery to a police officer, burglary, three counts of criminal damage to property and two counts of disorderly conduct as the result of two altercations. He was confined in the Green County Jail pending court.

Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Holden D. Axelson, 16, Brodhead, was cited around 7:30 a.m. Jan. 11 in the 1700 block of First Center Avenue for driving too fast for conditions. He was released pending court.

• Police responded to a report of damage to property around 10:45 a.m. Jan. 9 in the 800 block of E. Ninth Avenue. The matter remains under investigation.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Jon E. Payne, 39, Brodhead, was arrested on charges of domestic disorderly conduct, battery and intimidation of a victim around 11:45 p.m. Saturday at a residence in Decatur township. He was released pending court.

• Larry J. Martin, 27, Monroe, was incarcerated on charges of battery to a police officer around 6 a.m. Saturday. Deputies report Martin struck a Green County Deputy while being booked in the Green County Jail.

• Lynnette M. Bennett, 42, Belleville, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, around 7 p.m. Saturday following an investigation of a domestic dispute at a residence on Nye Road. She was booked and released pending court.

• Curtis M. Elmer, 30, Monroe was arrested around 2:15 p.m. Saturday on a warrant for child support in Monroe. Elmer was incarcerated pending bond.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Nicolas V. Sanchez, 42, Shullsburg, was cited for no valid driver's license around 6:12 a.m. Friday following a response to a complaint of a vehicle in a ditch on County O in Seymour township.

•Paul W. Cullen, 54 Platteville, was arrested around 8 a.m. Saturday for disorderly conduct following a verbal dispute at a residence on Jericho Road in Belmont township. Cullen posted bond as was released.

• Abigail L. Demunnik, 19, Elkhorn, was cited around 11:15 a.m. Sunday for speeding and no valid driver's license on Wisconsin 11 in Gratiot township.

• Bruce M. Emmerth, 46, Elkhorn, was cited around 12:15 p.m. Sunday for operating with a suspended vehicle registration on Wis. 11 in Gratiot township.

• Mollissia S. Martin, 21, and Shawn A. Kelly, 22, both of Kenosha, were cited for seatbelt violations around 1 p.m. Sunday on Wis. 11 in New Diggings township.

• Joseph A. Gratz, 16, Cuba City, Was cited around 3 p.m. Sunday for speeding and violation of license restrictions on Wis. 126 in Elk Grove township.

• Thomas M. Foley, 41, Monroe was cited around 3:30 p.m. Sunday for no valid driver's license on Wis. 81 in Argyle township.
