MONROE - Tyler S. Coy, 18, Monroe, was arrested at about midnight Thursday near the intersection of 21st Street and Fourth Avenue West for an outstanding Lafayette County Sheriff's Department warrant. Coy was jailed.
• Kristen L. Werren, 29, Monroe was arrested at about 3:45 a.m. Thursday in the 200 block of Third Avenue for disorderly conduct and batters as the result of a domestic dispute. Werren was jailed pending court. Joseph M. Kammer, 30, Monroe, was arrested also for obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. Kammer was jailed pending court.

MONROE - Deputies responded at about 5 a.m. Thursday to residence in Cadiz township for a report of an alcohol violation. Investigation resulted in the following arrests: Matthew C. Kraft, 19, South Wayne, underage consumption of alcoholic beverage; Bryan S. Wehe, 19, Monroe, underage consumption of alcoholic beverage; Bridgett A. Bettner, 19, Monroe, underage consumption of alcoholic beverage; unnamed male, 16, Browntown, underage consumption of alcoholic beverage, second offense; Marie Carpenter, 20, Browntown, was cited for underage consumption of alcoholic beverage, second offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia; and Erica M. Harris, 22, Argyle, furnishing alcoholic beverage to underage persons.

DARLINGTON - Tyler S. Coy, 18, Monroe, was transported at about 12:45 a.m. Thursday from Argyle to Lafayette County jail. Coy remained jailed.
• Jennifer S. Hughes, 42, Fall Creek, was cited for speeding and expired vehicle registration at about 10:15 a.m. Thursday on Wisconsin 11 in Gratiot township.
• Donald J. Brown, 35, Gratiot, was cited for expired vehicle registration on Wis. 11 Shullsburg township.
