MONROE - On Wednesday, Jan. 30:

• Jian Ma, 21, Monroe, was cited for failure to yield at a stop sign after police responded at 10:10 a.m. to a two-vehicle accident with no injuries. Ma collided with a vehicle driven by Morgan E. Boeck, 22, Monroe, in the intersection of 15th Avenue and 10th Street.

• At 10:36 a.m., a woman in the 500 block of 21st Street reported she was receiving text messages in violation of a restraining order. The case was referred to the Green County District Attorney for review.

• A dog owner was warned for allowing the animal to run at large after police responded to a complaint at 5:54 p.m. in the 1300 block of 16th Avenue.

DARLINGTON - A restraining order violation was reported on Furnace Hill Road in the Town of Willow Springs at 8:40 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30.
