• Noel Herrera-Pulido, 37, Galena, Ill., was cited for driving without a license at about 2 p.m. Sunday. He was released pending court.

MONROE - Travis L. Hampton, 29, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a disturbance at about 10 a.m. in the 1800 block of 12th Street. He was jailed.
• Donald E. Powers, 46, Clinton, was arrested for a Beloit Police Department warrant at about 10 a.m. in the 900 block of 10th Street.
• Jesus Pelaez-Garcia, 19, Monroe, was cited for underage drinking at about 2:15 a.m. Monday in the 600 block of 17th Street. He was released pending court.

DARLINGTON - Brian D. Stephens, 26, Platteville, was arrested for drunken driving, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 11:45 p.m. Monday on County B in Belmont township. A passenger in the vehicle, Nathan J. Szymaszek, 27, Platteville, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were jailed.
• Thomas F. Klein, 51, Darlington, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle and a seatbelt violation following a traffic stop at about 3 p.m. Monday on Wisconsin 81 in Lamont township.
