MONROE - Brandon S. Richardson, 19, Monroe, was arrested for a warrant issued by the Monroe Police Department at about 3:15 p.m. Thursday in the 2100 block of Wisconsin 69. He was jailed.
• Amber L. Neis, 22, Monroe, was arrested for third-offense driving after revocation and driving with a suspended license following a traffic stop at about 3:15 p.m. in the 1100 block of 16th Avenue. She was released pending court.
• Lori L. Hawkins, 40, Monroe, was arrested for driving after revocation following a traffic stop at about 7:15 p.m. Thursday in the 1600 block of 12th Street. She was released pending court.
