NEW GLARUS - Jacob J. Olson, 27, Madison, was cited for driving with a revoked license and failing to install an ignition interlock device in the 1100 block of Wisconsin 69 at 6:07 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 26.
- Police responded to a report of people out on the ice at the pond at Wis. 69 and County W at 11:40 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 26. They were warned of the dangers of being on thin ice and left the area.
- Police removed a foreign object from a dog's throat after they were dispatched to a report of a dog choking at a residence within the village at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 28.
- A domestic disturbance was reported on 6th Avenue at 12:55 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 29. The parties were separated. The matter is under investigation.

MONROE - Wade L. Phillipps, 53, Juda, was arrested on a charge of third-offense driving while intoxicated after deputies responded to a vehicle in a ditch on County S south of Norton Road in the Town of Jefferson at 10:57 p.m. Friday, Dec. 28. He was jailed pending bond or court.
- Lexi A. Flesher, 22, rural Albany, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated after deputies and Monroe police responded to a two-vehicle crash on Wis. 11/81 and County KK in the Town of Monroe at 2:46 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 29. Flesher was turning left from County KK onto Wis. 11/81 when she collided with a vehicle driven by Alan J. Holverson, 17, Monroe. No injuries were reported. There was minor to moderate damage to both vehicles. Flesher's vehicle was towed. She was also cited for driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration and failing to yield at a stop sign and released pending court.
- Traffic charges are pending against Kaylee B. Mueller, 19, rural Monroe, related to a one-vehicle accident on Smock Valley Road east of Cadiz Springs Road in the Town of Jordan. Deputies responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch at 7:59 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 29, and discovered that at about 2 a.m. that morning, Mueller lost control of the vehicle in the slippery road conditions, veered into the ditch and collided with two trees. Mueller and her passenger walked from the scene and did not report the crash. The vehicle was severely damaged and towed. Mueller reported a minor injury but did not seek medical attention. No other injuries were reported.
