Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - A 15-year-old juvenile was arrested for battery, resisting an officer and two counts of disorderly conduct at about 2:45 p.m. Dec. 14. she was released pending court.

• Antonio Valdivia-Viera, 26, Brodhead, was arrested at about 8:15 p.m. Dec. 14 in the 800 block of E. Exchange Street for operating while suspended and an active Green County Sheriff's Department warrant. He was jailed.

• Jeremy J. Pankhurst, 27, Brodhead, was cited at about 4:45 p.m. Thursday for four counts of inoperable, wrecked or abandoned vehicles. A court date was issued.

• Brandon R. Condon, 37, Brodhead, was cited at about 4:45 p.m. Thursday for disorderly conduct stemming from an incident July 19, 2009. A court date was issued.

• Samantha M. Sundlie 21, Brodhead, was cited at about 4:45 p.m. Thursday for issuance of worthless checks. A court date was issued.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Tanner R. Halvorsen, 30, Monroe, was arrested for retail theft at abut 7:30 p.m. Sunday in the 400 block of W. 8th Street. Halvorsen posted bond and was released pending court.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - David Lee Mortaloni, 43, Anoka, Minn., was arrest at 1:15 a.m. Sunday in the 2900 block of County EE in the Town of Mt. Pleasant, for two counts of domestic abuse battery, two counts of domestic abuse-disorderly conduct, and strangulation, following a report of assault. Mortaloni was jailed pending an initial court appearance.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Gerald Vogel, 69, South Wayne, was cited for disorderly conduct, following a disturbance at about 12:30 p.m. Friday at a business in the Village of South Wayne.

• Matthew Behrens, 17, Belmont, was apprehended at about 7:30 p.m. Friday on two Lafayette County warrants and a Grant County warrant. Behrens was jailed.

• Julie Gardner, 48, South Wayne, was cited for obstructing, after deputies responded to investigate threats made to injure at about 8 p.m. Friday at a residence on County D in Wayne township.

• Garret Schmitt, 20, Galena, Ill., was stopped at about 2:45 a.m. Saturday on Beebe Road in Benton township for equipment violations. During the stop, Schmitt fled the officer. Schmitt faces several traffic violations as well as pending criminal charges as a result. No further details are available.

• Fernando Reyes-Salano, 32, Darlington, was cited at about 11:30 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 81 in Darlington township for operating with no valid driver's license and operating without headlamps illuminated. Reyes-Salano was arrested and jailed.
