Monroe Police

MONROE - William B. Robison, 20, Monroe was arrested at 5:43 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13 in the 1300 block of 16th Street for bail jumping. He was released pending court.

On Saturday, Dec. 14:

• Terrainius J. Robertson, 24, Freeport, was arrested at 12:53 a.m. in the 1700 block of 17th Street for possession of marijuana. He was released pending court.

• Jaron M. McGee, 22, Freeport, was arrested at 12:53 a.m. in the 1700 block of 17th Street for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released pending court.

• Marlon L. Wilson, 22, Freeport, was cited at 12:53 a.m. for possessing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle as a passenger. He was released pending court.

• Erich M. Krahenbuhl, 31, Monroe, was cited for failure to yield right-of-way at a stop sign after police responded to an accident at 5:16 p.m. at 22nd Avenue and 8th Street. Krahenbuhl's vehicle hit a vehicle driven by Kristel M. Gebhart, 33, Monroe.

• Shaun P. Curran, 34, Blanchardville, was arrested at 11:51 p.m. in the 1300 block of 16th 1/2 Street for a warrant issued by the Dodge County Sheriff's Department. Curran posted bond and was released pending court.

On Sunday, Dec. 15:

• Alyson J. Abb, 18, Brodhead; Paige M. Connolly, 18, Brodhead; Alicia D. Condon, 17, Brodhead; Gabriel A. Hagen, 18, Brodhead; and Jordan D. Halvorsen, 17, Brodhead, were cited at 1:52 a.m. in the 1600 block of 9th Street for underage possession/consumption of alcohol. All were released pending court.

• Steven A. Johnson, 44, Monroe, was arrested at 6:04 a.m. in the 1400 block of 19th Street for disorderly conduct as the result of a domestic dispute. Johnson was confined in Green County Jail pending court.

• Police investigated a $15 gas drive-off at 8:28 p.m. in the 900 block of 20th Avenue.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Samuel Russell Schutte, 29, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant at 5:17 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13 at a residence on Smock Valley Road in Monroe Township. Schutte was jailed.

On Saturday, Dec. 14:

• Jacob J. Clay, 26, Lena, Ill., was cited for first-offense OWI after deputies stopped his vehicle at 1:59 a.m. for erratic driving on Wis. 69 near County B in Clarno Township. He was released pending court.

• Paul William Stewart, 31, Madison, was cited for failure to notify law enforcement of a crash, operating after suspension (second offense) and failure to maintain control following a one-vehicle accident on Wis. 104 at King Road in the Brooklyn Township reported at 10:23 a.m. Stewart was traveling south on Wis. 104 when he lost control on the snow-covered roadway. His vehicle went off the road and hit a metal culvert causing severe rear-end damage to the vehicle. Stewart and his passenger were uninjured.

• Erica A. Stocks, 20, Winslow, Ill., was cited for operating after suspension of her driver's license at 5:47 p.m. in the W9400 block of County P in Cadiz Township. Stocks was released pending court.

• Doris L. Gerloff, 39, Freeport, was cited for operating left of center after deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash at 10:13 p.m. on Wis. 69 south of County H in New Glarus Township. Gerloff was southbound on Wis. 69 when she operated left of center and hit a vehicle traveling southbound driven by Jason M. Bennett, 32, Winslow. Gerloff, Bennett and Bennett's passenger were not injured and were wearing their seatbelts. Gerloff's vehicle sustained severe front-end and passenger-side damage and was towed from the scene. Bennett's vehicle sustained moderate passenger-side damage and was driven from the scene. Gerloff was released pending court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Friday, Dec. 13:

• A deputy responded to South Bean Street in the Village of Benton following a hit-and-run accident reported at 8:15 a.m. An unknown vehicle backed into a vehicle driven by Heather A. Fuerstenberg, 31, Benton, who was stopped at a stop sign. The unknown vehicle left the scene. Fuerstenberg's vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene. The incident remains under investigation.

• A deputy responded to County G in Willow Springs Township at 1:05 p.m. for a report of debris on the roadway.

• A deputy responded to Furnace Hill Road in Willow Springs Township at 1:58 p.m. for a report of manure on the roadway.

• A deputy responded to County G in Belmont Township at 3:50 p.m. for a report of theft of corn from a corn bin.

• A deputy responded to North Mound Avenue in the Village of Belmont for a report of retail theft. The incident remains under investigation.

On Saturday, Dec. 14:

• Deputies assisted the Verona Police Department with a vehicle pursuit of a theft suspect at 3:20 a.m. David Colombo, 43, Loves Park, Ill., was arrested after successful deployment of a second round of road spikes on Wis. 11 in Gratiot Township. Colombo took off on a short foot pursuit before being taken into custody.

• A deputy responded to Ballard Road in Willow Springs Township at 9:56 a.m. for a report of a hunting violation.

• A deputy responded to Sheldon Street in the Village of Gratiot at 1:33 p.m. for a report of a suspicious person.

• A deputy responded to Wis. 78 in Gratiot Township at 5:59 p.m. for a report of an injured deer.

• A deputy responded to South Galena Street in the Village of South Wayne at 6:17 p.m. for a trespassing complaint about snowmobiles driving on private lawns.

On Sunday, Dec. 15:

• Deputies responded to a report of fighting subjects in the roadway on Wis. 78 in Argyle Township at 2:34 a.m. The suspects fled before deputies arrived.

• A deputy responded at 2:55 a.m. to a 911 hang-up on School Street in the Village of Gratiot. A verbal altercation had taken place at the residence and the residents were separated for the night.

• Christopher M. Wurtzbacher, 39, Platteville, was arrested for domestic disorder conduct after deputies responded at 10:25 a.m. to County XX in Belmont Township. Wurtzbacher posted bond and was released.

• A deputy responded to West Main Street in the Village of Benton at 6:20 p.m. for report of a suspicious person.
