MONROE - Martha E. Lisser, 44, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct and battery following a disturbance at about 8:30 p.m. in the 2000 block of 9th Street. She was jailed.
• Roger J. Bartelt, 39, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct and intimidation of a victim at about 1:45 a.m. Friday in the 1000 block of 12th Avenue. He was released pending court.
