Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Michael S. Babcock, 23, Brodhead, was arrested on a warrant issued by Green County Circuit Court at 9:21 p.m. Aug. 1 in the 2500 block of 1st Center Avenue. He was transported to Green County Jail.

- Dwayne J. Hosp, 47, Brodhead, was arrested for a warrant issued by Rock County Circuit Court at 11:16 p.m. Aug. 1 in the 2400 block of 1st Center Avenue. He was released on cash bond.

- Robert L. Prinkey, Jr., 39, Brodhead, was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct at 5:34 p.m. Aug. 3 in the 1400 block of East 4th Avenue. A court date was issued.

- Amanda L. Mortimer, 26, South Beloit, Ill., was cited for speeding at 5:48 p.m. July 31 in the 300 block of 1st Street. A court date was issued.

- Adam W. Tracy, 20, Brodhead, was cited for failure to carry driver's license on person at 9:07 p.m. Aug. 4 in the 400 block of West 3rd Avenue.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Scott R. Elliott, 39, Monroe, was arrested for fourth-offense operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant at 2:27 a.m. Saturday in the 700 block of 11th Street. Elliott was jailed.

Nathan L. Wiesenberg, 34, Monroe, was arrested for several warrants issued by the Green and Lafayette County Sheriff's Departments at 12:26 p.m. Saturday in the 1300 block of 17th Street. Wiesenberg was also charged with possession of marijuana. He was jailed.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Ryan Coyle, 22, New Glarus, was arrested for disorderly conduct at about 11:47 p.m. Aug. 4 on 10th Avenue, following reports of an active disorderly person. He was also charged with disorderly conduct under domestic abuse and drug paraphernalia, stemming from an incident earlier in the day on 6th Avenue. Coyle was jailed.

- Evan D. Pinnow, 19, New Glarus, was cited for disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle at 10:43 p.m. Aug. 3 at the Village Park, after officers observed him squealing tires and excessive acceleration.

- Ashley Holz, 22, Monticello, was cited for disorderly conduct at 2 a.m. Sunday in the 400 block of 2nd Street. She was released.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Shawn M. Hopkins, 20, Madison, was arrested at the Green County Justice Center on a felony warrant issued by the Dekalb County, Ill. for failure to appear on a possession of a stolen vehicle at 9:20 a.m. Friday. Hopkins was jailed.

- Allyson J. Williams, 24, Brodhead, was cited for operating with a suspended driver's license, non-registration of vehicle and operate vehicle without proof of insurance at 5:01 p.m. Saturday in the N4600 block on County F in the Town of Decatur. Williams was released.

- Steven K. Horsfall, 21, Wonder Lake, Ill., was cited for operating while intoxicated at 6:58 p.m. Saturday at Camp Minihaha Campground in the Town of Decatur, following a complaint of reckless driving. Horsfall was released.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Thomas G. Zeal, 53, New Glarus, was cited for no proof of insurance at 9:21 p.m. Friday on Wisconsin 78 in the Town of Blanchard.

- Rebecca L. Wang, 48, Argyle, was cited for speeding at 10:59 a.m. Saturday on County M in the Town of Wiota.

- Timothy H. Kelly, 22, Shullsburg, was cited for speeding at 6:19 p.m. Saturday on County E in the Town of Darlington.

- A deputy took a report of a threatening letter at 9:53 a.m. Sunday. The letter was left a a public building on E. Center Street in South Wayne. The incident remains under investigation.
