MONROE - Lloyd Stamps, 25, Chicago, was arrested for possession of cocaine, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving without a license and speeding at about 4 p.m. Wednesday in the W3600 block of Wisconsin 11/81 in Sylvester township. He was jailed.

DARLINGTON - Brian R. Rear, 51, Blanchardville, was taken into custody for a Green County warrant at about 1:15 p.m. Wednesday. He was turned over to the Green County Sheriff's Department.
• Kevin J. Beckman, 38, Browntown, was cited for driving without insurance at about 1 a.m. Wednesday on County M in Wiota township.
