Monroe Police

MONROE - Randall L. Yaun, 24, Orfordville, was arrested for a warrant issued by Rock County at about 11:15 a.m. Wednesday in the 1200 block of 16th Avenue. He was jailed.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Three people were cited following a report of littering at about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the W5900 block of Melvin Road. Deputies report people threw tires into a ditch. Keith D. Walrack, 65, Madison, was cited for allowing people to litter; Robert E. Ney Jr., 44, Sun Prairie, was cited for littering; and James E. Hatcher, 43, Sun Prairie, was cited for littering and no valid CDL license. They were released pending court.

• Roy Van Brocklin, 32, Brodhead, was arrested for a Brodhead Police Department warrant following a disturbance at about 11:15 p.m. Tuesday in the W400 block of Red Cedar Lane. He was jailed.

• Trebor K. Graves, 29, Spokane, Wash., was arrested for failure to pay child support warrants at about 9:45 p.m. Wednesday at the Green County Sheriff's Department. He was jailed.

Lafayette County

DARLINGTON - Monita R. Kirchen, 35, Darlington, was arrested for disorderly conduct at about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday following a report of a disturbance that took place earlier in the day on County D in Lamont township. Kirchen was jailed.
