• An animal problem was reported at 11:10 p.m. on County K, Town of Darlington.

MONROE - Craig Lee Betts, 28, South Beloit, Illinois, was arrested at 1:17 p.m. Monday on a Rock County warrant in the N6600 block of Studer Lane, Town of Washington.
