Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Tuesday:

• Johnathan T. Sutherland, 21, Albany, and Travis P. Bowles, Monticello, were both arrested at 1:57 p.m. on probation warrants at the Green County Justice Center. Both subjects were jailed pending court.

• William L. Reiss, 52, Monticello, was arrested at 5:53 p.m. at a residence in the Town of Washington on a Green County warrant for failure to appear in court. Reiss was jailed pending court.

• William H. Harmon, 43, Monroe, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. at a residence in the city of Monroe for a violation of a domestic abuse injunction. Harmon was jailed pending court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Tuesday:

• A deputy found cattle on the roadway at 10:30 a.m. on Red Rock Road, Darlington Township. The owner was notified to secure the cattle.

• A deputy took a report of suspicious activity at a residence on Tollakson Road, Wayne Township, at 4:42 p.m. The complainants were receiving fraudulent phone calls.

• A deputy assisted Iowa County sheriff's deputies with checking a residence at 8:20 p.m. in order to find a previous tenant on County XX, Belmont Township. The subject was not located because he no longer lives there.



Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Javier Hornado-Chavez, 36, Sheboygan, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. Wednesday for warrants following a call for service from the Super 8 Hotel.
