Monroe Police

MONROE - On Monday:

• Anthony C. Genovesi, 24, Monroe, was cited at 5:15 p.m. for disorderly conduct as the result of a disturbance in the 2300 block of 5th Avenue. Genovesi was released pending court.

• Brandon S. Vavra, 25, Monroe, was cited at 6:28 p.m. for battery as the result of a disturbance in the 800 block of 16th Avenue. Vavra was released pending court.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Monday:

• Taylor Marie Yaun, 18, Monroe, was taken into custody at 3:37 p.m. at the Green County Sheriff's Department on a warrant for failure to pay a fine. Yaun was released pending court.

• Alonzo C. Rucker, 23, Monroe, was arrested at 4:28 p.m. on a probation warrant at the Green County Justice Center. Rucker was jailed pending court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Monday:

• A deputy investigated a report of theft at 1:44 p.m. from a location on County N, Argyle Township.

• A deputy responded at 4:30 p.m. to a complaint of an abandoned vehicle which was blocking a private driveway at a location on Dunbarton Road, Gratiot Township.



Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - John R. Turpin, 46, Darlington, was cited at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday for public nuisances affecting health following an incident at a residence on Main Street.

• Mathew J. Nethery, 44, Darlington, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. Friday for domestic abuse-related strangulation and disorderly conduct following a domestic disturbance at a residence on Wisconsin Street. Nethery was jailed pending court. Lafayette County sheriff's deputies assisted at the scene.

• Joshua Pederson, 30, Platteville, was arrested at 5:07 p.m. Sunday for driving after revocation, fourth or greater offense, following a traffic stop on Wisconsin 81.
