MONROE - Denarah D. Kitzman, 19, Monroe, was arrested at 11:29 p.m. Thursday in the 1800 block of 10th Street for an outstanding warrant issued by the Taylor County Sheriff's Department for disorderly conduct and resisting an officer. Kitzman was jailed pending court or extradition.

DARLINGTON - On Thursday:

• A deputy responded to livestock on the roadway at 8:12 a.m. on Apple Grove Church Road, Argyle Township.

• A deputy responded at 10:19 a.m. to a littering complaint on County Z, Darlington Township.

• A deputy took a theft complaint on County Q, New Diggings Township, at 7:27 p.m.

• A deputy and University of Wisconsin-Platteville police assisted in checking a vehicle that was in the ditch at 7:27 p.m. on West Mound Road, Belmont Township.

• Deputies responded to a report of a missing 10-year-old child on Wisconsin 11, Gratiot Township, at 8:54 p.m. The child had gone on a walk and did not return home. The missing child was later found safe in a field a few miles away. Gratiot Fire Department, Argyle Fire Department, Darlington Fire Department, South Wayne Fire Department, Warren Fire Department, Monroe Police Department, Green County Sheriff's Department and Rural Medical Ambulance assisted in searching for the child.

• A deputy responded at 11:22 p.m. to a report of livestock on the roadway on Wisconsin 81, Elk Grove Township.
