DARLINGTON - On Thursday, April 3:

• William L. Nethery, 77, Shullsburg, was cited at 6:23 a.m. for an open container in a vehicle on Wisconsin 11, Shullsburg Township.

• A deputy assisted a motorist with a disabled vehicle at 8:12 a.m. on Wis. 11, Benton. A tow service was called to remove the vehicle.

• A deputy took a report of a civil dispute over property at 4:20 p.m. The dispute was between several parties, at a location on County Z, Kendall Township.

• A deputy assisted a motorist by unlocking a vehicle at 7:25 p.m. at a location on Galena Street, Benton.

• A deputy responded to a report at 11:35 p.m of a suspicious person loitering around a business on West Moundview Avenue, Belmont.



Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Rodolfo Guitierrez-Lorenzano, 48, Darlington, was cited at 3:55 p.m. Thursday, April 3, for driving after suspension following a traffic stop on Clay Street.
