BRODHEAD - Casey L. Peavler, 27, Rockford, was cited for theft at 1:40 a.m. April 19 in the 2400 block of 1st Center Ave.
On April 20:
• Clarence J. Heidenreich, 54, Green Bay, was cited for disorderly conduct at 7:40 p.m. in the 1700 block of E 9th Avenue.
• Jennifer N. Pope, 37, Brodhead, was cited for failing to yield at 5:20 p.m. in the 1700 block of E 2nd Avenue.
• James T. Cothard, 21, Evansville, was cited for driving after revocation and arrested on an active warrant through Albany Police Department at 8:11 p.m. in the 1900 block of E 4th Avenue. He posted bond.
• Hugo A. Uresti, 18, Rockford, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving without a valid license and unsafe lane deviation at 10:06 p.m. in the 900 block of E. 6th Avenue. He was transported to the Green County Jail.
On Saturday:
• Toni H. Elmer, 43, Brodhead, was cited for speeding at 8:11 a.m. in the 100 block of 1st Street.
Green County Sheriff
MONROE - Jared W. Monte Hayden, 18, Juda, was cited for driving after suspension at 6:50 p.m. Saturday on Atkinson Road near Condon Road in the Town of Albany. Hayden was released. A passenger, Edward R. Mclain, 49, Albany, was arrested on a Department of Corrections probation violation. Mclain was jailed.
