BRODHEAD Police

BRODHEAD - On April 14:

• Darien V. Shimko, 20, Brodhead, was arrested on a warrant through Rock County Circuit Court at 3:21 p.m. in the 1000 block of W. 3rd Avenue. He posted bond and was released.

• Nicole R. Kazar, 21, Brodhead, was arrested on two charges of disorderly conduct/domestic abuse at 11:56 p.m. in the 100 block of 7th Street. She was transported to Green County Jail.

On Friday:

• Marcus J. Phiffer, 19, Brodhead, was arrested on a warrant through Brodhead Municipal Court at 2:46 p.m. in the 1600 block of 1st Center Avenue. He was released.

• Phillip A. Boyd, 22, Brodhead, was arrested on a warrant through Brodhead Municipal Court at 5:45 p.m. in the 1600 block of W. 2nd Avenue. He was transported to Green County Jail.

• Adam D. Keirna, 29, Brodhead, was arrested for possessing THC, possessing drug paraphernalia, and on a warrant through Rockford Municipal Court at 5:54 p.m. in the 800 block of E 9th Avenue. He was transported to Green County Jail.

• Donald C. Black, 20, Brodhead, was arrested for possessing THC and possessing drug paraphernalia in the N400 block of 1st Center Avenue at 6:33 p.m. He was released.

• Manuel Garcia Lopez, 26, Fort Atkinson, was arrested for obstructing an officer, having a false or altered ID, driving after revocation, a felony arrest warrant through Beloit Municipal Court and a felony arrest warrant through Janesville Municipal Court at 8:42 p.m. in the 300 block of W. 3rd Avenue. He was transferred to Rock County Jail.

• Chad M. Folstad, 32, Brodhead, was arrested for possessing drug paraphernalia and on a warrant through Brodhead Municipal Court at 9:12 p.m. in the 1000 block of 1st Center Avenue. He was released.

• Araceli Jazmin Martinez-Juarez, 30, Brodhead, was cited for driving without a valid license at 5:39 p.m. in the 1400 block of 1st Center Avenue. Martinez-Juarez was released.

• Michael J. Muenchow, 48, Orfordville, was cited for driving after suspension at 8:25 p.m. in the 2300 block of E. 9th Avenue. He was released.

• A juvenile female was cited for possessing tobacco product while underage, possessing drug paraphernalia, and possessing THC at 9:45 p.m. in the 1000 block of 1st Center Avenue. She was released.

• Donald W. Hopper, 19, Monroe, was cited for possessing THC and possessing drug paraphernalia at 9:45 p.m. in the 1000 block of 1st Center Avenue. He was released.

• Trey R. Leopold, 20, Monroe, was cited for driving after suspension in the 1000 block of 1st Center Avenue at 9:45 p.m. He was released.

On Saturday:

• Karillynn C. Clemons, 24, Beloit, was arrested on an arrest warrant through Beloit Municipal Court at 8:45 p.m. in the 1000 block of W. 3rd Avenue. Clemons was released into the custody of Beloit Police Department.



DARLINGTON Police

DARLINGTON - Joseph E. Hartwig, 25, Monroe, and Joseph T. Fitzsimons, 35, Cassville, were cited for disorderly conduct at 2:20 a.m. Sunday following an altercation at a downtown tavern.

• Albert B. Harris IV, 22 Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct, battery, fourth-degree sexual assault, strangulation, and false imprisonment following a disturbance at about 11:50 a.m. Monday at a business on Christensen Drive in Darlington. He remains in jail.



Monroe Police

MONROE - On Monday:

• A ring was fond in the 1300 block of 17th street. The owner may identify and claim the ring at the Monroe Police Department.

• Alisa E. Ableman, 29, Monroe, was arrested for driving a vehicle after suspension and possessing drug paraphernalia at 11:20 p.m. in the 400 block of 8th Street. Ableman was released. A passenger in Ableman's vehicle, Kelsey A. Wuethrich, 24, Monroe, was arrested for possessing marijuana, possessing drug paraphernalia and bail jumping. Wuethrich was jailed.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Travis R. Doyle, 21, Belleville, was arrested for burglary and forgery after deputies responded to a trespassing complaint at 8 a.m. Monday on Doyle Road in the Town of Exeter. Doyle was jailed.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Monday:

• Alexandra Mushinsky, 20, Elkhorn, was cited for speeding at 10 p.m. on Wisconsin 23 in Darlington Township.

• A deputy responded to a 911 hang up at 1:37 a.m. on County Shop Road in Darlington Township.

• A deputy responded to a 911 hang up at 3:34 a.m. on Champman Road in Gratiot Township .

• A deputy responded for an animal at large complaint at 1:36 p.m. to Pecatonica Road in Wiota Township.

• Deputies responded for an animal neglect complaint at 1:52 p.m. to Patterdale Land in New Diggings Township.

• A deputy responded for a traffic complaint at 4:16 p.m. to Wis. 11 in Wayne Township.

• A deputy responded to E. Main Street in Shullsburg for a suspicious person complaint. Shullsburg Police Department assisted.

• A deputy responded for a harassment complaint at 8:20 p.m. to W. Center Street in South Wayne.

• A deputy responded for an alarm at 10:38 p.m. to S. Park Street in Belmont.
