Monroe Police

MONROE - David S. Eldred, 45, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at about 1 a.m. in the 1700 block of 14th Avenue. He was jailed.

• Andrew L. Conley, 46, Monroe, and Timothy S. Spellman, 44, Monroe, were arrested for disorderly conduct following a disturbance at about 6:15 p.m. in the 1100 block of 30th Street. They were jailed.

• Danielle M. Schwarz, 22, Monroe, was arrested on a Monroe Police Department warrant at about 12:15 a.m. Wednesday in the 2000 block of 14th Avenue. She was jailed.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Sean C. Le Gault, 51, Monroe, was cited at about 10 a.m. Wednesday for theft following an investigation of a theft of metal from the railroad tracks at Schindler Road and County KS in the town of Jefferson. Le Gault was released pending court.

• Orrin H. Marsden, 18, Monroe, was arrested at about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Green County Justice Center on a Department of Corrections warrant. Marsden was jailed.

• Denise L. Swedlund, 34, Juda, was arrested, at about 10:15 p.m. Wednesday at a private residence in the town of Jefferson on warrants for issuing worthless checks by Green County and the city Brodhead. Swedlund was jailed pending bond.

 

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Dale Ackerman, 54, Argyle, was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct and battery, following a domestic abuse incident, at about 8 p.m. Wednesday in the village of Argyle. Ackerman was jailed pending court. Lafayette County deputies responded to assist the Argyle Police Department.

• Jodi Spore, 33, Shullsburg, was cited for operating while suspended following a traffic stop at about 3 p.m. Wednesday in the city of Shullsburg.
