Lafayette County Sheriff
DARLINGTON - On April 12:
• Armando Ruizhavez, 36, Cuba City, was cited for failure to notify DMV on address change and no proof of insurance at 12:23 a.m. on County W, White Oak Springs Township.
• Spencer T. Hocking, 28, Benton, was transported at 1:10 p.m. from the Dubuque County Jail to the Lafayette County Jail on valid warrants. Hocking remains in custody.
• A deputy assisted Darlington Police at 5:50 p.m. to Wells Street in Darlington with a traffic complaint of an erratic driver.
• David M. Yuschak, 38, Platteville, was cited for operating after suspension and non-registration at 9:31 p.m. on Evergreen Road, Belmont Township.
• Guy M. Tessen, 20, Fremont, was arrested for operating while intoxicated (1st), possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:56 p.m. on County G, Belmont Township. Tessen was later released to a responsible party. The passengers, Anna M. Curtis, 20, Mount Carroll, Illinois, and Matthew S. Risser, 20, Oregon, were cited for possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were released to a responsible party. Belmont Police Department assisted on scene.
• An erratic driver was reported at 8:40 p.m. to U.S. 151 in Belmont Township. Belmont Police assisted.
• Rogelio Jimenez-Hernandez, 31, Darlington, was cited for operating without a valid driver's license (3rd) on Wis. 23, Darlington Township. Jimenez-Hernandez was transported to the Lafayette County Jail where he was booked and released.
• A deputy assisted Darlington Police at 11:14 p.m. on Clay Street in Darlington for a welfare check.
