MONROE - On Thursday:
• Cody M. Martins, 20, South Wayne, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 100 block of West 4th Avenue.
• Randall S. Zuber, 39, South Wayne, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on two counts of disorderly conduct, two counts of resisting arrest and two counts of bail jumping in the 2600 block of 8th Avenue. Zuber was jailed.

DARLINGTON - On Thursday:
• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 6:57 a.m. on Lange Road, Town of Darlington.
• A 911 misdial occurred at 9:36 a.m. on Galena Street in Argyle.
• A traffic complaint was made at 10:56 a.m. on County G, Town of Argyle.
• An animal at large was reported at 3:13 p.m. on Stub Lane, Town of Darlington.
• April P. Dicks, 35, Gratiot, was arrested at 7:34 p.m. for battery, disorderly conduct and resisting arrested on Wisconsin 78, Town of Wiota.
