On February 21:

● At 10:05 p.m., officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 1200 block of 20th Avenue. The investigation led to the arrest of Tristan J. Wilde, 25, of Monroe, on charges of disorderly conduct while armed with scissors and criminal damage to property under Wisconsin’s Domestic Violence laws. Wilde was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.

On February 24:

● At 3:38 p.m., officers were called to a residence in the 500 block of 16th Avenue for a report of a suspicious person. An investigation led to the arrest of Michelle M. Miller, 42, of Monroe, on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and a subsequent hold issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections-Probation & Parole for a probation rule violation. Miller was confined in the Green County Jail pending further proceedings. 

On February 25:

● At 4:56 p.m., officers arrested Trevor R. Frie, 33, of Monroe, in the 700 block of 12th Avenue, on an apprehension request issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections-Probation & Parole for a probation violation. Frie was confined in the Green County Jail pending further proceedings.

On February 26:

● At 3:25 p.m., Eric A. Calkins, 37, of Albany, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for his arrest for charges through the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, following a traffic stop at the intersection of 9th Street and 14th Avenue. Calkins was confined in the Green County Jail pending further proceedings. 

● At 3:46 p.m., officers were called to a residence in the 1200 block of 10th Street for a report of a motor vehicle theft. An investigation led to the arrest of Frederick S. Neuenschwander, 57, of Monroe, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent. Neuenschwander was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance. 

● At 9:21 p.m., officers responded to a residence in the 400 block of West 21st Street to assist the Green County Sheriff’s Office with an investigation. After the investigation, officers arrested Amber R. Gassman, 37, of Monroe, for bail jumping due to a violation of bail conditions from a separate prior case, and with possession of methamphetamine. Gassman was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance. 

On February 29:

● At 2:00 a.m., officers conducted a traffic offense stop in the 1700 block of 17th Avenue for a vehicle operating without taillights. The investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, Joshua J. Montgomery, 47, of Monroe, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence-1st offense. Montgomery was also cited for operating without taillights during hours of darkness, and was later released to a responsible adult pending a court appearance.
