Marshall Rae Krebs, age 50, of 10861 64th Street South, Wisconsin Rapids, went home to his God on Monday, June 1, 2009.

Memorial Services will be held at noon on Friday, June 5, 2009 at East Wiota Lutheran Church, 10311 State Road 78, South Wayne, Wisconsin. The family will greet relatives and friends from 11 a.m. to noon on Friday at the Church.

Marshall was born November 29, 1958 in Monroe, WI to Kenneth and Marjorie Lee (Armstrong) Krebs. Marshall was an owner and operator of Krebs Trucking in Wisconsin Rapids for 25 years. He graduated from Monroe High School in 1976, traveling to Washington DC for the bicentennial celebration for our country - staying with his aunt and uncle, Jim and Carol Lynch. During the celebration Marshall saw Elvis Presley in person.

Marshall enjoyed hunting, fishing and all kinds of auto mechanics from small to the big diesel trucks and farm equipment, snowmobiles and motor cycle riding and racing; he loved his country and Marshall flew the American flag 24 hours a day, seven days a week; he was a lifetime Lutheran and Republican; Marshall loved karaoke and was in the process of becoming an auctioneer.

Marshall enjoyed life to the fullest and has many many friends from coast to coast.

Marshall is survived by four children, Rhonda Krebs of Freeport, IL, Travis (Samantha) Krebs of Fort Campbell, Kentucky, Nikki Krebs of Wisconsin Rapids and Laura Krebs of Wisconsin Rapids; mother, Marjorie Krebs Rideout of Galt, CA; father, Kenneth (Lillian) Krebs of Monroe, WI; seven grandchildren, Dondre, Matthew, Chantee, Abigail, Destiny, Stephanie, and Cerenitee; two brothers, Lonnie Krebs of Blanchardville, WI and Jason (Jackie) Harris of Valley Springs, CA; sister, Julie (Huey) Kelley of Galt, CA; grandmother, Rosie Krebs of Monroe, WI; stepfather, Ralph (Marilyn) Harris of Rockford, IL; step-grandmother, Ruby Harris of Rockford, IL; and also survived by many step brothers and sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Marshall was preceded in death by his step father, Dean "Moody" Rideout; grandparents, John and Vella Armstrong, grandfather, Frederick R. Krebs, grandfather, Earl Chatt, uncle by choice Joseph Manser, nephew, Joshua Lee Krebs and stepsister, Shirley Haberman.
