BARABOO/MONROE - Margaret L. Hahn, age 94, of Baraboo, formerly of Monroe, died on Thursday, December 20, 2012 at Our House Senior Living in Baraboo. She was born on October 14, 1918 in Hillpoint, the daughter of Otto and Elsie (Gudenschwager) Schulz. She was married to Robert L. Hahn, of Reedsburg. Following their marriage, the couple moved to Monroe. Margaret was a faithful member of Grace Lutheran Church in Monroe and she was also a member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary. She enjoyed baking and knitting. Margaret was the last member of her immediate family.

Survivors include a sister-in-law: Marguerite Hahn, of Odenville, Alabama; nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Karen (Verlyn) Schuette, of Loganville; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, on December 25, 1982; one brother: Alvin Schulz and two sisters: Arlene Luetkens and Vera Kurth.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at the Hoof Funeral Home in Reedsburg with Pastor Christopher Miller officiating. Interment will be at Greenwood Cemetery in Reedsburg. There will be a visitation from 12 noon until the time of the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
